This goldfilled locket is absolutely stunning! As you can see from the photos. The front is covered with tri(or bi- hard to tell) color gold leaves(green and silver) There are four seed pearls and lots of beading on this beauty! The edges- front and back- have beading as well. The locket measures approximately 1 1/8" wide x 1 1/2" long x 1/4" deep. This does not include the large/fancy bail. The locket opens to reveal its original gold frames. Glass inserts, and papers! The back of the locket is plain and it does have little"ping" smaller than a ding: marks on it. Other than that, it is in excellent condition with no wear to the gold fill. This listing is for a Mid Century. Vintage Sheridan Silver Lazy Susan Serving Set in Silverplate. Set includes six glass inserts and a central bowl for serving vegetables, relishes, sauces or condiments and a gallery style tray on a swivel base. The inserts are designed to be removed if desired creating a superb pedestal centerpiece for deserts, cakes or display. The broad rim is decorated with an intricate floral and scrolls design. The center of the tray continues the theme with detailed engraving. The bottom is stamped with the Sheridan hallmark and"Silver on Copper" The Tray measures 14" in diameter and 1 1/4" deep. The Pedestal Base measures 1 3/4" high. Creating a total height of 3 1/8" The set without the glass inserts weighs 3 lbs 6.3 oz. And 7 lbs 1.8 oz with the inserts. They inserts fit VERY snugly in the tray, as it appears unused. The Tray and Stand are in like new condition with no dents. Dings or gouges spots. There is one mark on the inner side of the tray, likely where the piece was held while plating. There are very few scratches on the piece, remarkable for it's age and value for serving. Set of 6 Antique Sterling Ice Cream Cups with 5 glass inserts
This is a beautiful set of vintage sterling open cups with etched glass inserts. Would be lovely at a summer party or wedding. Each of the cups is about 2 1/2" tall and about the same for the diameter at the widest spot. They are each very light weight but combined weigh about 78 grams. I did discover when I weighed them on my postage scale that some were a bit heavier than others. A couple of the sterling cups have small dents or is not quite round. I think they could be repaired.
