Nuart and funeral vases from the period. They may even be for auto vases. These each measure 6 3/8 inches tall. The top diameter is approximately 3 3/4 inches diameter. These are in very good condition. Each has a small flaw. One has a very tiny top rim speck fleck. The other has a tight hairline that is 1 3/8 inches long from the top rim. The vases are like new with no chips or cracks(there are some round and elongated“bubbles, such as the one shown in the photo with the yellow highlight) and the silverplate screw tips are perfect. I’ve tried to research which glassworks supplied the F.B. Rogers Company, but unsuccessfully. The hollowware bases have light. Spotted tarnish which I did not try to remove, and the rope ... morepattern around the bases have tarnish“highlights” but are not artificially blackened. One base has a tiny ding, the only real flaw in these obviously well-cared-for pieces. A good silver polish will bring the bases back to near-original beauty, and there is no discoloration or water staining in or on the glass inserts. Of course. Description For Sale I have this Beautiful Edwardian Solid Silver cruet set. Hallmarked Birmingham 1914- 99 years old, 1 year off an official Antique! After doing some research. I have found the makers are I srael Sigmund Greenberg& Co. As you can see from the pictures. The set is in great condition, there are a few things I will point out, however. There is a slight dent in the pepper head, another slight dent to the rim of the mustard jar and small blemishes in areas, a little TLC would lift these out. One is very slightly different from the other, it has a'13' and the'E' is in a different font, they all fit fine. The box shows a little age. Here is a lovely silver tone(but sold to me as white gold fill) locket from the Victorian time period. The design is lovely and engraved. It has the typical Victorian tubular hinge which is in great working order. The back shows usual signs of use. Which is a good thing, showing it is a true old peice and not just a cheap copy. This is a NICE Vintage Barware Cordial or Shot or Sake GLASSES with TRAY Each Glass sits in a METAL FRAME that has a Handle.PLEASE Look at the pictures. When they are inside the frame they each measure about 2" tall. Each rim measures 1 5/8" in diameter and each glass BASE measures about 3/4" in diameter. They tray they are sitting on measures 7 1/4" by 4 1/8" and has a lip bringing it about 5/8" tall. It also is in nice vintage condition. ALL of these are NOT new. They have no chips or cracks. Pair Silver plate salt dish with cobalt blue glass inserts
This auction is for a pair of silver plate salt cellars with hand made cobalt blue glass inserts. They each measure 2" high. 4" long, 3 1/4" wide. They are decoratively edged with gadrooning, shell corners and fleur de lis. The silver plate is in beautiful condition except for on the inside beneath the glass inserts which in not visible when the glass inserts are in place. They are stamped with"Made in England" on the underside which I've captured in the second photo. They are old but I am uncertain just how old. They are really quite beautiful.

That being said. A fellow Ebayer has told me the hallmarks indicate these pieces were made in 1972. You decide but either way they are incredibly cool and modern in design and very heavy in weight. The underside is marked with: T&Co. An Anchor, A Lion and an X. They are also Marked Tiffany New York and England. Lots of tarnish on it, will leave it to the buyer to fix it up, if they so desire. This Epergne features beautifully styled flowers on it and each flower holder holds a cut glass insert. You can display without the bowls and use regular taper candles in them. The actual silver part of the epergne measures about 12x19, with the bowls in it, it measures about 14.5x22. Unusual beverage set- aluminum cork lined bases with rounded end glass liners. Glass has a silver frosted rose design. It is rare to find the tumblers with the matching pitcher! Bases of the tumblers are marked"Everlast Aluminum" Base of the pitcher is not marked. To give you an idea as to size. The tumblers are 5 1/2" in height by just about 2 3/4" in diameter at the top. Silverplated double buffet has ornately designed cast brass feet and handles. The easy-to-lift and securely attached top handles are also nicely detailed. Each glass insert is 11 x 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" and holds 1 1/4 quarts(40 ounces) They are the"Fire King" brand(marked) by Anchor Hocking. And are crystal clear perfect condition, with no nicks, cracks or residues. Turns several turns one way and then stops for a moment. Then rotates several turns the other way repeating the back and fourth pattern. The back removes easily with three tiny plastic clips and it's easy to set the clock from there. The pendulum sits on a whirling base. If it gets off the base, it stops moving. Simply tap it back into the base and away it goes. It has an"On" Off" switch and red button for the chime but we have been unable to get the chime to work. Does keep perfect time& is so lovely to look at. The wood cabinet is smooth to touch and gleams in the light as the pendulum goes round and round.
