This fiberglass shell, blue naugahyde wrapped chair is in fantastic condition. There is a pinhole in the seat(pictured) but little else that does not establish this chair as one of the very best on eBay. The navy blue naugahyde is handsome and the stitching is tight. This is not the teal blue that you are seeing in many of the other listings. The underside grommets and other hardware are in excellent condition as well. There is some minor discoloration in the black fiberglass shell but who cares as you can't see it while you are seated. Black legs have some minor scuffing to the paint. It is an 8 1/2 foot 2 piece rod and it comes in the original aluminum tube. It has the mini ferrules. It is model M2A. This is rated for 7 weight fly line but I have always found that these are more 6/7 as it throws a 6 weight line effortlessly. This one was made in Denver.likely in the 1960s. This one is used but in excellent condition. Both pieces are of equal length and assembled it measures 8 1/2 feet so no repairs. The eyes. Wraps, reel seat and grip are all good. The viola has a maple back plate. Ebony fittings, and Helicore strings. My daughter upgraded from a 13.5" viola and used this particular one for about 6 months in elementary school. Unfortunately. She discontinued her viola lessons, ... moremuch to my dismay. Since we did a"rent to own" option with this company we now own this viola and no longer need it. We want it to have a wonderful home with a special musician. The strings and bow are in excellent shape. But it will obviously need tuned as it hasn't been used in months. Under the string. It is a bit dirty and you can see where my daughter has stickers to show fingering. I am reluctant to clean it myself because of possible damage to strings. The Orvis Fullflex Midge is a classic fiberglass fly rod. With Orvis Fullflex slow action for delicate fishing in small streams. The rod is 2 piece, 7 1/2' 5 weight with metal ferrules which I believe were only cataloged on this rod in 1968. The blank is Phillipson. This rod has many stories to tell as it has been well used and is in need of restoration, as can be seen in the pictures. The cork handle is split. Two of the guides have been taped in place and all are in need of rewrapping. It appears all guides and other parts are original and the ferrules fit snugly and well so when restored this would make a wonderful rod to fish. Vintage dark blue ceramic porcelain numbered lamp (904) fiberglass ? shade
Up for auction is this used. Dark blue with speckles vintage table lamp, numbered 904 at the back, Leviton socket along with sticker"DS Milo Inc. Montreal" probably made in Canada then? I bought this at an estate auction for resale thinking it was Blue Mountain pottery when I first saw it. Don't think it is now, but still very cool- especially the shade! The lamp is in working condition. The bottom of the lamp is tray/bowl shaped for storing small odds and ends. It has the old style(same size) 2 prong plug. A hint that it is old- 50-60s perhaps? The rectangular shade, I believe, is fiberglass based on others I've seen, but I will let you confirm via pictures. Not sure what kind of material is above the ceramic/porcelain tray base- it looks like some sort of synthetic material. Dimensions: approx. 9.25 inches wide across ... morethe tray/bowl part and 18.5 inches tall to top of the shade. Condition: Good used condition given age. There appears to have been a small chip on the lamp that was touched up. It is shown in the pictures. But you have to look very closely to see it- camouflaged in the colouring. Tiny tiny bits of the finish are missing on the porcelain, inside the"tray" very close to the bottom. Again you have to look closely to see any of it, too small to show in pictures. Any metal on the lamp or on the shade is tarnished/colour has changed. The shade is in surprisingly good condition, with some wear here and there on the lacing only. A vintage Majestic 2 light brass table lamp complete with its fiberglass drum shades. The 2 arms are curved in opposite directions at top where swivel hardware allows each shade to be angled in various directions. Approx. frame measurements: 22"H x 16"W plus shades. Shades: 6"H x 10"W. The shades show free form gold lines and a wider black swirl design. Artistically designed. The swirls give the illusion of movement as if causing the UNUSUAL SHAPE of the shades. The drum shades are held in place by UNO sockets. In working order with original wiring which should be checked. In good vintage condition with overall wear to the brass frame especially on one arm. 1950s Fiberglass Lampshade Retro Eames mid century modern atomic 50s space age
This is an original 1950's fiberglass lampshade. Featuring a cool gold and black triangle and squiggle pattern that leaves no doubt of the era from which it came. This shade measures 6 1/2 inches diameter on the top, 12 inches on the bottom and 6 3/4 inches tall. The mount is recessed 3/4 inch from the top and fits a standard 1 1/4 inch bulb socket. It is in used but good condition, as it had been protected by a shade cover. The gold plastic cord which secures the shade to the metal hoops is in good shape/not brittle. Thank you for looking.

Unusual Brown Swirled Two Tiered Fiberglass Lamp Shade, Vintage 1950's
Unusual brown-swirl two- tiered fiberglass lamp shade measuring 16" in diameter at the base. 9 1/2" tall. Shade is in good condition with no rips, repairs, staining, or discoloration. I've shown the shade from all sides- please click and enlarge my photos for a close look. There are some minor condition issues- in order of appearance in my close-up photos they are: the lacing around the bottom frame wire has come untied where the ends meet. If you have tiny fingers I think it could be re-tied. There is a 4" area along the top of the bottom tier where the covering seems to have pulled up over the wire frame slightly- there may be a bend to the wire but I can't see it. Shallow dent about 3" long. There are eight tiny specks of white paint to one area that are only seen on close inspection. Lacing is dingy from age, ... moresome areas worse than others. Wire frame has lost it's plating- I wouldn't say it's rusty but it isn't shiny. Shade is 1/4" off from being perfectly round at the bottom and 1/2" off at the top. I've listed all the little faults of this shade but to me it still looks really good and I don't believe I've ever seen another one like it. If shipping seems high, please consider that it will be double-boxed, making it a large package subject to USPS balloon rate. I shipped a smaller shade recently and it cost all of what I'm charging. It has some cracks and hole by one hoof.horse is hollow) I always dreamed of re-habing it but never got to it. The Horse is about 70 inches long and about 5 feet tall to the top of his head. Has great detail and was once painted white for one of the old displays. It originates from a 100 year old Macy's building in Newark NJ(where I once worked) so the age of the horse is unknown. Fenwick FF70-4 Fiberglass Fly Rod Translucent E-series. Four-piece, seven-foot model from 1964-1965 that flexes easily and deeply for tremendous fish-on feel. Fenwick stickered this one as a six weight, and I'd say that's on the high end of the range. Think five weight and maybe four. For reference, this Fenwick's butt diameter is about the same as that of a Steffen seven-foot 2-3 weight. Finish is unscathed. Save for the Feralite ferrule junctions that show minor scuffing. Cork is astoundingly fresh. Clean, smooth, and grippy. Cased length is about 22 ⅝" Handy and portable. Of course. Tube. Intact, with lid attached, and Fenwick flannel sock included.

TWO VINTAGE BROWN UPHOLSTERED HERMAN MILLER(EAMES) FIBERGLASS SHELL CHAIRS Two upholstered brown colored hopsack fiberglass side chair designed by Charles Eames for Herman Miller. The raised Herman Miller logo is on the bottom of each chair. As well as a couple of labels. One shell is in very good condition, the second one does have a crack at the bend of the chair- because the chair has fabric I cannot tell if the crack is all the way through. The foam is still soft and the fabric could use a good cleaning. One chair has a small hole in the fabric and a couple of white spots, the other chair has two small holes in different locations of the chair, there are pictures of all the the holes. Please review the pictures as these are a part of this description as well. These come with 4 screws and the shock mounts in a baggie that is taped to the ... moreback side of each chair they came off from. There are NO BASES for these chairs. It is the chair only. Set of 4 Fiberglass Arm Chairs Herman Miller Shell Mid Century Signed VINTAGE! Today we are offering a lot of 4 vintage 1950s original armshell chair by Herman Miller Zeeland Michigan. Two colors. Mustard yellow and fall brown. Fiberglass on the back shows lot of great fibers. Each chair is covered with a vinyl or leather with the back being fiberglass. Each one of the chairs do have a small rip or tear(as shown in the pictures) They each measure 31 1/2" tall, 24 1/2" side to side by 23" front to back.
