Two chestnut colored leather straps cut from cowhide 1 1/4" wide by 8 1/2 inches long. Thickness is 1/4" Four brass plated metal strap ends. 1" long split head brass tacks to nail the leather to the trunk. Tacks are to be placed two per end under the position of the metal strap ends in a verticle position for best attachment. Form the permanent handle loop to suit before completing the nailing. Split head tacks 3/4" are to fasten the metal strap ends. We didn't ... morereceive a manual with this tool. This item May Need Repair. When I received it. I found that one battery was installed, and one was loose in the case, and the gas cartridge was installed. I plugged in the charger and plugged in one battery and then the other. Both caused the red LED to come on, and then a short time later in each case, the green LED came on. I installed a battery and reinstalled the cartridge, and without any fasteners installed depressed the contact arm against a pallet and squeezed the trigger. Nothing happened. No sign of life. The same happened with the other battery. So I don't know if the tool is broken, or if I'm doing something wrong, or if there's something wrong with the battery and/or the cartridge. I am selling it as non-functional, and you will probably have to effect repairs and/or replace one or more of the batteries, the cartridge, or the charger. Physically. There is paint splatter and scratches on the tool. The steel hex bolts on the screw have oxidized. There is what looks like drywall dust on the tool as well.
