We have gone through this unit and everything plays great. The bottom access door has a high security T-Handle lock and full access to the coins. Bills and the boards. Unit has a CashCode"Amazing 154" bill validator installed. This game is in great overall condition. But was used on a commercial location, so please expect a knick or scratch here and there. We did notice that the bottom access door has been repaired to the left of the T-Handle lock(as seen in pic) and appears to be strong and secure, and doesn't affect anything. All locks have been removed so you can place your own locks in the game when you receive it. Grab this unbeleivable deal before someone else does! This listing is for an approximately 5 year old Seaga change machine. I believe it is a model CM3000 or something like that. It accepts $1's and older $5's. And has a capacity of $120.00 in quarters, when it is working. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked in quite a while despite my most diligent efforts dealing with the manufacturer. You see there is a wire that connects the bill validator to the main circuit board. That wire stopped working, and despite calling the company for another, I have been unable to get it replaced. I initially spoke to someone named Jamal who informed me that they didn't have that wire and that I should call the manufacturer of the bill validator and see if they have the wire connector. I thought I purchased the machine from Seaga! The manufacturer ... moreof the bill acceptor must sell their product to lots of businesses and have many wire connectors that have different configurations of wire and connector ends. If they stocked the wire connector for the Seaga machine, then why doesn't Seaga have them, or at least be able to get one for me(THE CUSTOMER) He also mentioned that someone at Seaga might be able to"rig something up for me" That has never happened. On my most recent call I spoke to Ron in parts. He told me that his computer doesn't go back the approximate 5 years to find this particular wire connector, and that I should speak to Jamal, whose computer does go back that far. REALLY? He connected me to Jamal's phone and sure enough I got his mailbox. So I called back to speak to Ron again, and guess what? I got his mailbox! You're probably thinking I am making this up! That there cannot possibly be a company whose customer service is that PATHETIC. But sadly, it's all true. I am going to list a picture of the wire connector(PICTURES 1 AND 2) in the hopes that someone not affiliated with Seaga can figure out how or where I can get the proper connector. These units have been completely disassembled, cleaned, rebuilt with brand new belts, and calibrated. We stand behind all of our sales with a 90 day limited warranty.
