Concession Trailer / Food Truck
This 10' x 20' trailer has a good-sized griddle. A warming unit, two deep fryers with baskets, and plenty of floor space. Food storage includes two freezers, one half-size refrigerator, and a beverage refrigerator. You can't see it well, but there are two sets of cabinets: one below the sink and one between the beverage fridge and the deep fryers. There are hoods, but one is missing the fan/motor. The trailer itself takes a 2 5/16" ball. There are padlocks to secure the windows and door. The windows lock open so you won't have to worry about wind or anything. Also included are 2 empty propane tanks that came with the trailer. The updates to the trailer include. All copper plumbing with shut off. 40 gallon fresh tank under equipment shelf with new automated pump or a direct hookup. Two new dedicated circuits were added one for interior and one for equipment. 5 gallon water heater and 4 sink basins installed in kitchen for health department regulations. A new service window was added on the concession side and the seating area allowed for two or three people to work comfortably. This is a fully functional truck that gets so many looks and thumbs up. We are ready to upgrade to a brick and mortar. It is a 1963 Ford Vanette. The truck is in phenomenal condition for its age. I can honestly say that the look of this truck is one huge part of the success of our business. We have been in the local paper over 8 times and are the most recognized truck in the area. The truck has new wiring for the vehicle and the equipment. It is set up for 110 or 220 if you need it. All of the equipment is industrial brand names like True, Wolf, and Imperial. the propane tank is an 18 gallon under the truck and everything works in truck with the exception of the oven. I have never needed it for my menu so I never got it fixed, but my friend said it would be an easy fix and he works on equipment like that. the truck runs great. I go to gigs up the mountain and it gets there just fine. a little slow in the way up but slow and steady wins the race.
