This is a used Pepsi vending machine. It dispenses cans or bottles. When plugged in the motor does run. There are light bulbs in the front panel. But we have never been able to figure out how to turn them on. The money dispenser and the pop dispenser do work. Last time we used this was over 4 years ago for a graduation party. At that time the pop did not get extremely cold, just a little cool. I have tried testing it recently, but with our cold Minnesota nights I couldn't tell if the pop got cold from the machine or the cold air. There is a dent on the left side bottom and normal wear and tear scratches. 1970s DIXIE NARCO 7UP VENDING SODA POP MACHINE 7-UP
Up for bids is my 1970s Dixie Narco 7-up vending machine. It's a fixer upper. The machine itself is in decent condition. However it will need the wiring harness replaced or repaired as it has been chewed through by rodents. The compressor I can only assume is bad too. It is missing the lock cylinder and I don't believe it has it's coin mechanism. The door still seals up nicely though, and the screw mechanism latch is good. The 7up signage on the front is in good condition with no cracks. Last time this machine was commercially used was 1994. Thanks for looking, buyer to pick up in Dover Delaware.

From a state surplus sale. A Dixie Narco DNCB-368 soda vending machine. I'm not experienced with these things, but I tested it out as best I could. As near as I could tell it's fully functional except for the coin mechanism, and also the far left column of soda, the switch that detects whether there's soda or not appears not to work. I tested each column individually, and even with sodas in that column, the machine still read as out of stock, and wouldn't take the bills. All the other columns accepted bills and dispensed the pop. The refirgeration works. The coin mechanism, I couldn't tell if I just wasn't hooking it up right or what. It wouldn't accept coins, but it would shoot them out. So in summary, the left column's can detector switch doesn't seem to work, and the coin mechanism I could not get to ... morework. Everything looks on place and I will point out what I think are the pros and con of the machine. But your buying it as is. Pros: the refrigeration system is working super cool. decals are in good condition- front vinyl and logo in good condition- coin mechanism its seem to work fine. Responding when 60 cents are in. Cons: the 2 fluorescent lights do not turn on. I don't know if is the light bulb or ballads. dollar machine it take the dollars but do not let you get a soda. need a new lock- I tried one by one and 5 of the 8 seem to work fine the other 3 I think they are working but didn't respond either on time or never respond. Pepsi vending machine Dixie Narco Model DNCB 240 in good working condition. I believe it holds 10 cases of soda. It will also hold bottles. we use to fill it with Dasani water and it worked fine. I heard that glass bottles will work too although I never personally tried it. The lights work as well as the coin mechanism. You can manually adjust the price of the soda. It also has a plug type device that you can insert on the inside of the machine that allows you to not have to deposit coins to make a selection. The compressor works perfect and keeps soda very cold. I have had it in my garage. And even during 90 degree weather, the inside temperature stays around 35 degrees. I inserted a picture of a digital thermometer placed inside so you can see just how cold it gets. My garage is heated and is currently 75 degrees. The inside temperature ... moreof the Pepsi machine is 32 degrees on the coldest setting. That's just to show that it does stay cold and works great. It does have a temperature controller so it can be adjusted. The only issue is that the key is missing but you can purchase the locking mechanism and keys for around $10. If the buyer would like me to replace the locking mechanism for them I will. This would make a great addition to a recreation room. Man cave, garage, or even a business. Do you have a Dixie Narco machine that needs repair. Motors gone bad? Many times you can bring an older machine back to life by replacing bad vend motors. As many of you know when one motor quits on a Dixie Narco can soda machine the entire machine can become out of service. Sometimes these motors freeze up causing the machine to be stuck 1/2 way in a cycle or the brakes go bad which can cause a free vend situation. We have packaged eight working Dixie Narco single column and double column motors at a very low price. We save these motors out of machines that have been vandalized but still have good working motors. Our used motors come complete with cluster switches. If bought by themselves this motor new could run as high as $65 each at dealers of new parts and the cluster switches are another $6 each new.
