Nacho Cheese Dispenser Warmer w/Nozzle Heater - Server - 120V
This is a fully functional Server Brand commercial cheese dispenser and warmer. It will also dispense hot fudge and possibly other foods. It is constructed mainly of stainless steel. I bought it a few years ago just to show it off at work and at parties. It is always a hit. This is an actual pump dispenser which is much more fun for guests to use than just a warming pot and ladle would be. This unit also has a Nozzle Heater. This is what separates the cheap units from the professional ones. Without it, the cheese sitting in the nozzle for a while would get cold. This unit uses a standard#10 can of cheese(available at Sam's Club, Walmart, or any restaurant supply store) The cheese stays in the can and the whole can sits in warmer on a standoff with water below it to transfer the heat evenly without burning. The pump comes apart for easy ... morecleaning. Special brushes are included for cleaning the pump tubes. This process goes pretty quickly, once you get the hang of it. I will include a sheet of helpful hints and inside secrets to make your Nacho event turn out great with confidence. The temperature is adjustable, and I will explain what temperature setting(s) to use in the included helpful hints.
