This machine works great and is ready to use. I have never had any problem with this machine. It is well made, simple, and reliable.It has some signs of use but it is very clean. It has some heat discoloration in the heat chamber. Passed our county health department inspection with flying colors every time. New these cost over 500 dollars. It heats up great, and has a thermometer on the side to let you know the temperature, as I remember it runs at 185 degrees. FYI. The food product stays inside its bag and tube until it is dispensed. Since it has a clamping mechanism no air ever touches the food product either, so you do not have to use the entire bag after you open and start it. Comes with the extra tray to keep your next bag of cheese preheated and ready to use. Also comes with a cheese bag opener. There are signs of use. But nothing major. We cleaned the whole unit well, but of course there is still little signs of use. This unit wasn't used much. The stickers look good. The unit is in very good to excellent condition. This is a nice machine that holds two bags of cheese. One to be hooked up and a back up that is being warmed and ready to go. This is a fully functional Server Brand commercial cheese dispenser and warmer. It will also dispense hot fudge and possibly other foods. It is constructed mainly of stainless steel. I bought it a few years ago just to show it off at work and at parties. It is always a hit. This is an actual pump dispenser which is much more fun for guests to use than just a warming pot and ladle would be. This unit also has a Nozzle Heater. This is what separates the cheap units from the professional ones. Without it, the cheese sitting in the nozzle for a while would get cold. This unit uses a standard#10 can of cheese(available at Sam's Club, Walmart, or any restaurant supply store) The cheese stays in the can and the whole can sits in warmer on a standoff with water below it to transfer the heat evenly without burning. The pump comes apart for easy ... morecleaning. Special brushes are included for cleaning the pump tubes. This process goes pretty quickly, once you get the hang of it. I will include a sheet of helpful hints and inside secrets to make your Nacho event turn out great with confidence.
