Their is some scratches on case and on drill. Very minimal and not cracked or worn on case or drill. The rubber grips on drill are good and not worn. This drill has a light led while drilling and features, variable speed switch, forward reverse switch, torque adjustment collar, dual range gearing, work light, keyless single sleeve chuck, 1/16th to 3/8th chuck. 2 DeWalt Batteries DW9091 with charger DW9107 All are used and do show wear from use. Both batteries do charge but I am not able to test them beyond this. They out lasted the drill which locked up. Please view the pictures and ask any questions if needed.
