The cooler is made by Igloo Corporation in Houston. Texas, and it was made in the 1960s. The cooler is perm-a-lined on the inside and bottom of the handled cover, and the outside is composed of durable galvanized steel. This Standard 5 gallon model has a bracket for mounting the cup dispenser on the side, but I don't have the cup dispenser. The cooler measures 20 1/2" tall to the handles by 12 7/8" in diameter by 9 7/8" inside diameter. The item is in great condition with little usage wear. The previous owner applied a black chalk paint in a relatively good fashion to the front of the cooler. Pre-1898 from the“S” Co Toronto Canada stamp, with an incredibly elaborate detailed rim– not of the usual flowers or fruit, but of a country scene with farmhouses, farmwives churning butter, farmers handling livestock; all sorts of rural scenes with flowers and curlicue designs separating each charming scene. The motif is repeated on the base– highly detailed farm and working scenes surrounded by elaborate decoration. The pedestal plate has the old Standard"S" Co of Toronto Canada stamp on the base. Following the company name in smaller print is“Limited” followed by something I can’t make out. Separate and in large type are the numbers“6.2.3.0” and the stamps E. P. B. M.
