This unit includes a copy of the original Hickok manual and instructions for use with circuit description and schematics. It is in very good overall condition(see pictures) and powers up with no problems(no other tests were done) There are no test leads. It appears the case has been repainted and the AC plug replaced. The frequency dial has yellowed some with age but is perfectly readable; the meter dial is OK. There are no signs of tampering or modifications so it may work fine or only require minor repair. In the 1940's and 1950's when this unit was produced Hickok made high quality robust products.
