This is a Blue-Point MT586A automotive digital multimeter for engine service technicians. It was made by Snap-On tools. It doesn't look like it has been used at all. It may have been used once or twice but you can not tell by looking at it. The User's guide has a few smudges and tiny tears on just 2 or 3 pages. The test wires are included with it as well. It has been tested and it works great. I just put a brand new battery in it to test it. Which I am including with it.
