This Chinese Gold Gilt Coin Silver Pick is absolutely Amazing. It was supposedly picked up in China on a Missionary Trip Shortly after the Boxer Rebellion. This piece was bought with a number of other pieces that were acquired at the same time. The back is hallmarked as picturedThis pick is in amazing condition. It is covered in Bats. It measures 7.75" long. And weighs about 12.5 grams. I am not sure exactly what this pick was used for. I have seen it suggested everything from snuff bowls, to ear picks? Antique. Unmarked, spoon. Made from a seashell, with a mother of pearl bowl and, what I think is, brass. Made in India, it is held together by very small, silver tacks or dowels. Really pretty and unique and still serves a purpose. If I'm not mistaken, this is a old caviar serving spoon, the MOP doesn't interact with the caviar. Measures 5 inches long. Caviar spoons are traditionally made of inert materials. Especially mother of pearl. 1] There is a custom that caviar should not be served with a metal spoon. Because metal may impart an undesirable flavor. 2] Some food experts point out that caviar is stored and sold in metal tins. Fine quality antique Art Deco sterling silver mustard pot which has a blue glass liner and a sterling silver spoon. The pot is in very good condition with clear hallmarks. It has no dings or dints just one very shallow and tiny mark on one side which is quite difficult to spot. The hinge is strong and works well. Hallmarked Lion passant- sterling silver- town assay- Birmingham and date letter for 1937 makers W.W. Ltd. The spoon is hallmarked for Birmingham 1936 makers J C LTDThe pot measures approx 6cm from edge of handle to edge of pot and approx 3.5cm high. The weight of the silver is approx 22grms. The glass liner has 2 chips on the rim one is just under 0.5cm and the other approx 1cm in length but quite shallow. The pot has an unusual fluted shape to the body and a domed lid.

Probably Old English or Hanoverian pattern and this bears hallmarks for London 1903. 78mm long approximately. The little salt spoon is 57mm long approximately: the pattern could be Onslow or Albany although I am not certain. Pretty in any case. Hallmark comprises crown. Lion rampant and stylized letter g(lower case) followed by maker's mark H.A. and this is located on the back of the tiny bowl. Both would greatly benefit from a quick polish. Chinese Export Silver Demitasse Spoon, 19th or early 20th Century, Dragon
I really like this spoon and I hate to give it up but I just have too much"stuff" and I have to let it go. The spoon is a piece of export silver probably from the turn of the 20th century. But it might even be earlier. The spoon was owned by the family that built, and operated, the Thomas Hotel in Chicago Heights(thus the monogram) It is 5" long and the bowl has been gold plated. The plating is still in excellent condition. As can be seen, the dragon is exceptional!

English sterling silver tea caddy scoop or spoon made in 1812 by Joseph Willmore of Birmingham. The scoop has a raised, openwork edge along the bowl and a scooped-back handle. The handle is engraved with bright cut designs and a monogram of the letter H at the tip. The bowl is also engraved with design. The back of the piece is marked with the anchor for Birmingham. The lion passant for sterling silver, a duty mark of King George IIIs head, a date letter O for the year 1812 and a makers mark for Joseph Willmore. This piece is in good condition for its old age. There are a few splits to the raised. Openwork border along the bowl, which we have pointed out in the last photograph ... morebelow. There are no other flaws and no repairs.
