It is from Everts The Official State Atlas of Kansas(Philadelphia: L.H. Everts& Co. 1887) apparently a very rare printing. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The atlas is the first to compile and show in detail the various counties, cities and towns of Kansas. The maps show much details including towns, townships, sections, quarter sections, schools, some houses and other details. On some maps there are surveryor ... moreseals, signatures and script that were printed in the plate, many of these maps were originally procured from the Kansas Survey offices and reproduced for the atlas. The maps were first printed by lithographic process and then the color washes were hand applied, often with stencil for the large fields of color. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a double sized elephant folio sheet as seen in the pics, photographed against a dark background. There are maps and town plans on both sides as seen, so if framing one would have to choose a side to frame. Overall, a very nice rare example in very good condition for its age. Size: The entire page measures 17 1/2 by 28 inch with the map image area slightly smaller as shown in the pic with a margin all around. Condition: It is in Very Good condition for its age printed on a light buff page with a centerfold as issued. It is basically as seen in the pics. Other than some darkening around the edges. Beautiful detailing on this Vintage Oneida coffee pot. It has been used as a decorative piece only. The lid is hinged and the inside is in perfect condition(never had coffee in it) The exterior of the pot is in excellent condition. Could use another polishing to really bring out the luster. The pot is 10 3/4" tall. The Oneida hallmark is stamped on the bottom of the pot along with the made in USA symbol. No box.

It was produced by Community in 1923 and the name of the pattern is Bird of Paradise. The design influences of the time period are apparent in this streamlined beauty. The design is simple and beautiful. Featuring an urn of flowers with a bird on each side. There is also a box underneath the main crest. Lending itself beautifully to be monogramed. Luckily. This piece has no monogram. The pitcher stands 7 ½” tall and is 10” long from the handle to the tip of the spout. The pattern is on both sides of the pitcher. Oneida Community Walnut Wood Faltware Storage Chest 2 Level Kenized Lining TLC
Vintage Oneida Community wooden storage chest. Bottom drawer. Top hinged lid. Kenized lining prevents tarnishing. The lining is mostly in very good condition. There is one small worn spot on the white area of the lid Pic#8. The hinge works fine and the drawer opens and closes. There are some nicks and scratches on the wood. Restoration of this chest would be a good project and shouldn't be much work. Light sanding and restaining should do it. I believe the wood is walnut. Dimensions are 11.5 x 17.5 x 7.5" Weight 10 lbs. Sold as is.

These estate items are. I believe, from brief research, the"Easton" design of this ONEIDA flatware. The auction is for this set of 9 master. Flat-handled butter knives, I believe. They are about 7/2" long and 3/4" across the widest part of the blade. I believe they're in pretty good condition. But. As can be seen in the pic tures.
