These are 2 halves of the top of a chest I am working with. The maker was J Martin of Paris and the picture of the sticker inside is shown. Since the top itself might be complicated to ship in length I decided to make it in to 2 pieces. These can be used as wall decor such as shelves. Accent pieces or they can be fitted together to make an interesting table base. The original wood. Canvas fabric and metal stripping and nailing is all there except the areas that the canvas wore off of. Please look closely to see the metal trim and the overall condition. I am calling them citrine Peking Glass but am not certain it is correct to do so.
