DRE Integra SP VSO2 Portable Anesthesia Machine - used
This is an table top portable anesthesia machine which I personally have bought new from DRE and have used actively for hundreds of office based adult and pediatric anesthesia cases. The machine is in perfect working order. It has a few expected wear and tear type of blemishes acquired with time however. The machine comes with a carrying case which is padded and the machine can very easily and safely be shipped back to DRE for servicing. I have not had ANY issues all of these years with this machine. It is a workhorse. It is able to deliver nitrous oxide. Sevolfurane, oxygen and air for spontaneous ventilation cases. You equip the machine very easily with a ventilator which DRE can install at at additional cost but this machine does not have one in it's current form. This machine take STANDARD CONNECTOR disposable adult and pediatric ... morecircle circuits(as pictured) the same as for any other OR full scope anesthesia machines. The CO2 absorber is disposable but I am throwing in a re-fillable one I purchased for $300 which you can refill yourself when it is exhausted. There is a vent hose which connects to an F-air carbon scavenger. These units are disposable as well and need to be replaced regularly as they get exhausted but they are not expensive to purchase. This machine was $12.5 K when I bought it. It comes with a Sevoflurane vaporizer which was purchased separately for around $1000. I also spent $800 or so on the oxygen and nitrous oxide PSI downregulators and hoses to connect E tanks to the machine. It is mounted on a cart which was made special order for me with 4 steel E cylinder brackets and large wheels so that the machine can be transported easily even rolled in and out of a van from location to location.
