I was able to find a patent number on a related piece and through a patent search I was able to determine it is an Allen Medical Patient Positioning system that attaches to a surgical table. I am listing several Mayfield. V. Mueller& Allen Head Clamp and mounting bracket systems in the next day of so. Please see these other listings if you need a head clamp and this system doesnt work for you. There are several pieces included here but the most notable is the Neurosurgery Skull Clamp attachement& brackets. Also included is a limb holder and bracket. Patient postiioner arms and what looks like an adjustable surgical field screen frame. I have included other pieces ... morethat obviously go with the system. Most of the brackets appear to straddle the table and attach to the table side rails with standard socket clamps. The skull clamp frame is 24 1/2" wide and the screen frame is 23 1/4" wide. I dont have a clue whether every piece to every function is present so take a good look at the pictures. I also dont know what tables this system is designed to fit but I suspect AMSCO but likely any table with side rails and socket clamps. CONDITION Everything here looks fine. I dont know if every piece is present so take a look at the pictures. Every piece included is depicted. I did check all the adjustment knobs and everything seems to be working as designed. The actual skull clamp is also adjusting when the knobs are turned. There are no actual pins for the head holder. What you see here is exactly what you get. I received it all together so it may all be here.
