There are a number of scuffs and scratches on the exterior. Plus some dirt and a little surface rust in a few places. The case opens and closes properly and latches shut. There is a lock on the handle, but it is currently unlocked and no key is included. The inside is in good condition. Included is some schematics as well as a small manual. Greetings All! Description Tonight I am listing for auction a George Jones Spanish Festivities 1798 red transfer ware dinner plate. This plate has a floral border and a center showing three women in a riding coach pulled by horses and an impressive statue in the background. There is a cartouche type backstamp printed in red lettered Spanish Festivities 1798. There is also an impressed crescent backstamp. I combine shipping for multiple purchases. I have other Staffordshire transfeware plates on auction right now. Dimensions 10.5” D. Photographic key Review all photos as they are part of the description. Photo 1: is a general shot of the front of the plate. Photo 2: is a closeup of the center. Photo 3: photo of the back showing backstamp and writing on the back. Photo 4: shows a white line in the border at about 10 o clock on border. Photo ... more5 shows an inclusions on the border at about 11 o clock in the border. Photo 5 shows a fleabite on the rim at 7 oclock on the border. Photo 7: shows some crazing that lies between the border and center area. photo 8:shows super closeup of center detail. Condition There is no major damage to this plate such as cracks. Large chips, broken off pieces, or restorations. There are some minor flaws on this plate. These minor flaws are very hard to find unless you know where to look and look directly at them. There are two minor manufacturing flaws to this plate.The first is a white line on the border you can see this in photo 4. It is located at the 10 O'Clock position on the rim. The second is a small inclusion in the plate on the rim- a tiny bump felt by the finger as seen in photo 5. There is a little fleabite on the rim as seen in photo 6. Pair of typical mid Victorian small transfer printed plates Circa 1850 in date. What makes them more unusual I think in one scene shows black faced men whichy I think are minstrels? Both plates are around 5.5ins or 14cm wide Both are transfer print with a bit of added hand painting One plate shows two boys on a see zaw with their mother looking on The other shows a group of 2 black faced men performing as a carriage rides by? Both are stamped to reverse one with"TP" and the other"o5" One plate is in very good condition. LARGE AMERICAN ANTIQUE FLOW BLUE FISH PLATTER -TROUT TRANSFER -GOLD TRIM
The transfer on this antique flow blue platter is in very good condition with some minor loss near the front end of the fish. The platter does have a hairline at the top right of the piece and overall crazing. But neither effects the beauty of this platter. There are no other chips. Cracks or repairs. The platter measures 15" long and 11 1/2" wide and about 1 1/2" deep. The gold trim on the rim has wear. But the gold decoration on the sides shows little wear. It is marked La Francaise which was the French China Co. of Sebring Ohio. This mark was used between 1900- 1916. All in all a beautiful and useful piece. Also great for display. Finished in a lovely set od hand painted pink tea rose sprays, with striking gilt Rococo festoons, and molded lappets. This great porcelain charger is from the skilled artisans of the porcelain factory at Hof-Moschendorf, Bavaria, and carries the green crown& wreath export mark, used from ca. 1904 to 1938(please see the history below) This is a fantastic charger for display. On February 11th 1895, the Porzellanfabrik Kuhnert& Tischler was changed into a limited company, becoming Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf A.G. and the first expansion steps were made, resulting in a total of nine kilns and a total workforce of 700 people in 1905. During 1909, Otto Reinecke took over ... moreas Managing Director and between 1909 and 1929 the company even had Philipp Rosenthal(Selb) as member of the supervisory board. From around 1910 until 1938 a contract existed between the Porzellanfabrik Moschendorf A.G. and the New York based import and distribution company L.D.B.Co. who not only ordered items in Moschendorf but from other manufacturers like Schmider in Zell. Even if the Moschendorf factory had its own export marks the items sold to L.D.B.Co. carry a special L.D.B.Co. mark which includes the name Prince Regent, a trade name owned by the Moschendorf business and had been registered together with Prince Regent Bavaria and Prince Regent Germany. During 1915 there was a change in the supervisory board and Mr. C. Bruchmann took over from Hermann Wollmer. Even if there was a shortage of raw materials during World War I, the company was still able to finish a few small building projects- in addition to the already existing six houses for the workers, three additional houses were built between 1918 and 1921. Also in 1921 the supervisory board saw another change as Bruchmann resigned and was replaced by Rudolf Reinecke, who was was also responsible for the Moschendorfer

Hello. Up for bids today is a Antique c.1887-1890 Staffordshire Brown Transferware Little Mae with Her Dog Childs Tea Set Plate with NO RESERVE! The plate is apx: 5 1/4' in diameter. The plate is in good estate condition with normal age/use marks. Some faded areas to the rim transfer,a extra smudge of transfer in the white between the rim and center picture, 2 under glazed dots as well and some over ran transfer in the center picture on the left side, the back has tape residue yellowing in the center, brown transfer marks or spots and normal sit down marks to the rim, all as pictured. A Mulberry Transfer Pitcher. Measures 4 1/2" in height and about 2 7/8" in diameter across the top rim. It looks very old. CONDITION: In nice shape. Some speckling and wear to the glaze on the top rim. Spout and handle. A lot of crazing and discoloration in the crazing cracks(mostly on the interior of the jug) and some discoloration on the bottom rim from display.
