I'm sorry to say I don't know to much about how this all works. I hope it is all there. Let me know if I'm missing something. Please look the photos over carefully as what you see is what you get. The old metal punch is 4 1/8" long. It has a 0 on it, it fits into the base hole. The base is solid metal, it is 3/4" thick, it also has what looks like a 0 on the bottom of it. The black tool is marked ADCO 7/16' it is empty inside, I'm not sure how it all goes together or if it even does but it all came together in a box I got at a auction. These all show aging patina on them The grommets are 2 pieces. One side has little hook and the other pc fits down on top and pushes down inside.
