1970s JANSPORT Vintage Sky Blue Nylon External-frame Padded Hiking Backpack
This item: A vintage Jansport external-frame nylon hiking backpack. This is an authentic vintage Jansport hiking pack that was manufactured in the late-1970s or early-1980s. It is made from sky-blue nylon and brown genuine leather trim. It features a rigid metal frame with a cushioned waist belt and backing. It is a well-built. Excellent quality American-made backpack! The backpack has been lightly used. There is some light scuffing on parts of the exterior and interior nylon(see pictures) There is no major wear. Any wear on the nylon is mild and just surface wear. The backpack has one structural flaw: One of the small belts that attaches the waist pad to the main pack has been removed(see final picture) There would normally be a small belt here. The missing belt can easily be replaced if desired. All other parts of the pack are in great ... morestructural shape. All the stitching and hardware is intact, all zippers and belts work great. The interior has a faint odor from storage but it is very faint, the odor is not bad at all. The backpack shows some mild use but is still in great form. It contains one large central compartment and four smaller sub-compartments. Pavan TP-10 classical guitar. Overall 9 out of 10 with some dings and scratches. A little bit of fading in the finish around the rossette but nothing major. Overall very good condition. The guitar sells for around 425 new with a factory case, but for much less you can get this great guitar with a perfectly fitting SKB hard case. Guitar has a great sound and is ready to play. These are made in Spain and adjusted and set up in the states by Tom Prisloe. They are great guitars and this is the least expensive model that I know of. He is left handed and he makes the guitars so that they can be strung left or right handed. It is currently strung left handed but will string whichever way buyer prefers. Worldwide shipping. Hi everyone. In an attempt to save some space here in Brooklyn I'm getting rid of a treasure. This is an awesome sounding nylon string guitar. I got it because the neck has the width and feel of a normal steel string guitar. I used it on the recording'First Brain' off on an album called Until We Felt Red. I took it on tour a few times and played it constantly while hanging out at home. Sometime around 2010 the musician and artist Joseph Arthur drew some very cool sharpie creatures on the guitar. The preamp includes a tuner and I've gone directly into a sound system with this guitar numerous times. However the acoustic sound is really what's special about this guitar. There is some cosmetic damage to the top of the guitar beneath the sound hole due to my acrylic nails and a song called'doing the wrong thing' There ... moreare two other cosmetic dings. And the usual small belt scratches on the back of the guitar. I'm happy to send better, more detailed photos on request. The headstock looks a little gray. As if there was some water damage. I don't know what it's from but it doesn't affect anything or appear on the rest of the guitar. I can't seem to add a link but please search'Takamine EAN-60C' for guitar specs and'Kaki King First Brain' to hear it in action. A very beat up hard shell case will ship with the guitar.
