Hello and thanks for looking. Up for auction is a set of gargoyle wall art Sconce shelves. Can also be used as bookends. They are specifically made to be hanged on the wall and used as decorative shelves. 7 1/2 inches high, 9 inches wide at the widest part of the top and 5 inches deep at the deepest part of the top. Dark gray in color, each piece weighs just under 2 lbs. Not exactly sure what they're made of, my guess would be some sort of painted plastic. This bid is for a vintage wooden 18 bottle/ jar spice cabinet with a window pane glass door. The cabinet has a magnetic latch and a wooden knob. It measures 14.5" x 12" x 3" It has 3 shelves. Each holding 6 bottles. Each apothecary style bottle has a wood grain plastic screw on lid. 12 of the bottles have a sticky label identifying the spice. Some of these labels are starting to peel off and/ or have some discoloring. 19 labels are still on the sheets ready to be applied to the bottles. Some of the bottles contain spices. A triangular bracket in each back corner allows for easy hanging.

EARLY/ANTIQUE HANGING SHELVES, SQ. NAIL CONSTRUCTION, ORIG. PAINTS
Offered here. A really pleasing two-shelf hanging unit hand-crafted in the second half of the 19th c. This beautiful piece is entirely handmade, with elaborate cuts on the side pieces and thoughtful proportions and joints. All the nails are handcut square nails. Originally this was painted old red, but this was covered over in the late 1920s or early 30s with putty colored enamel. This piece was apparently made of scraps since the various parts are fashioned out of different thickness of wood. So that the bottom shelf comes from a 3/4ths" board and measures 23 3/4" inches long and 7 1/4" deep. The side pieces, nicely carved, come from a 1" board and rise 8" to hold the two shelves. The top shelf was a 5/8ths" board and is 5 3/8" deep. Because of the paint, I can't tell whether the boards were hand planed, ... morebut that is a distinct possibility here. The paint is not bad but not perfect so it could either be left in the original vintage condition or have a new coat of paint in the color of your choice put on it. All items In excellent condition with the exception of the bottom of one basket and marks on one shelf and there are photos if these flaws. Where the trim strips bend at the end the weave is rough. I have tried to show these things in photos. The shelves have no scratches they do have some tiny"indents" from being used but they are hardly noticeable. Measures approx. 30" from top to bottom.
