Boyds - Teddy Bear Chess Set With Storage Drawers
Genuine Boyds wood chess board with resin figurines. Two felt lined drawers on each side of the board for storage. In pristine( like new) condition. Board measures 10" square and is 1 3/8" thick. Pawns are 1 3/16" tall and queens are 1 1/2" tall. I am the only owner. I bought it at the Boyds Bears shop in Gettysburg PA a couple years before that location closed. I've never seen it anywhere since. I think it'd be highly collectible as a rare example of Boyds Bears memorabilia. Plus. It's just so cute! I'm moving overseas and all my bears need a new home- this is one of my last few pieces left.

Gorgeous Old Fishing Storage Box Primitive Country with Handles in Olde Forge Mustard I picked this old but STURDY box at an estate sale over the weekend. It was a terrible wood color so I used a Simulated Milk Paint- Color was Olde Forge Mustard. This box had tons of chains and boating stuff in it just to give you an idea of how this is not just a flimsily little box. Its heavy and AWESOME! The wood pieces are at least a 1/2 thick throughout the whole box. I left it country looking. Its not new, this is old and used. It would be great to store just about anything. The measurements are approx. 15" Wide by 15" Long by 12" Tall and the inside measurements are the same so you can fit a lot of stuff in it. I left the inside the old wood color. This set of 4 vintage glass jars are in good condition with no breakage but some scratching here and there. They are vintage jars. So do have some wear. The two small ones have screw on lids(lids are hard plastic) and measure 3 x 2 inches. The middle one bears a anchor hocking sign and a pretty fleur de leur decoration on all sides and top of lid. It measures it measures 5 3/4 x 3 1/4 inches. The largest one has a starburst lid and measures 9 1/2 x 4 1/2. They would be great for wedding buffet candy holders!They are a very nice lot. This is a Fantastic Primitive Antique Vintage Pine Wood Pie Safe/Jelly-Blanket-Storage Cabinet that was painted Avocado Green and has the distressed look. I purchased this from an Estate Sale where I was able to speak to the original owners grandson. He. At the age of 67 now, told me he remembers this being in his grandparents house for as long as he can remember back. He told me his mother painted the cupboard back in the 1960's for his grandmother the Avocado Green color it is now on the outside and a canary yellow on the inside. It has its original double doors with key turn, however no key with it, and original double pull out bottom drawers. The shelves on the inside have been replaced and are not the originals. There was one and I put that on the bottom shelf because the wood is split. I believe finding some older barn wood for ... morereplacement shelves would be great. I am sure the new owner would have some great replacement ideas. On the back there is one board that is split part way. Please see picture. Also on the back is stamped in black DeWitt-Seitz Co.
