This is a very nice quality card cabinet and is made from tiger oak. It is missing it's handles as you can see in the pictures but does have some of the label holders above where the handles go. The cabinet is a dark stained tiger oak. The cabinet is in good shape for it's age and has a few nicks. Dings and scrapes on it as well as a stain on the top left side as you can see in the pictures. Each drawer has a little wooden slide to hold the cards. On the slides it says"THE GLOBE CARD INDEX FILE" and"Patented Aril 13th, 1897, Nov. 21st, 1899 and May 22nd, 1900" We're not sure of the age of this item but we'd bet that this dates from the very early 1900's. Antique medicine cabinet with lights and moveable glass shelves.
This medicine cabinet is in great condition for its age! There is zero rust. Everything operates peefectly. I have not had the lights tested. This will be the buyers responsibility. This medicine comes with everythimg shown in the pictures. It mounts inside of a wall about 3.5 in. The demensions of this cabinet os 24in tall 21in wide and 3.25in sticks out from the wall. It weighs at an estimated 25 to 30 lbs.The electrical chord is hidden this way. Wiring will be necessary for the lights to work. If they do not work it is the buyers responsibility to fix. This cabinet needs to be cleaned up but most of it is just dust and dirt which will be easy ro get off. Please contact me with any questions.

Antique china cabinet...no idea of age
I have no idea of the age of this piece. It is in excellent condition for its age. It is all wood(although we are not sure what kind. It has bowed windows on each side and DOUBLE DOOR(glass) in front. Both open, comes with the original key. The interior has 3 glass shelves. They are slightly adjustable. It measures 52"wide and 54"high. The legs are weak and have to be repaired to stabilized the unit. I found no chips or scratches(at least nothing substantial or I'm sure I would have seen it) Someone added an interior light so there is a hole towards the top inside to accommodate the electrical cord. This item is located in the North LasVegas area.Off craig and allen. I would prefer if it was sold locally. I'm concerned with shipping for the legs. China Cabinet-Oak- Heavily Carved, European French Country
First off. We are not furniture dealers. This beautiful antique china has graced our home for over 20 years. Time goes by and we are downsizing, so it's important to us that this piece end up with someone who will appreciate its beauty and respect its workmanship as much as we do. We do not know how old it is or where it was manufactured. Dealers selling similar pieces on Ebay have used the description Vintage French Country. What we do know is that this piece is very well built. It's all tongue and groove. The only hardware are the hinges. Handles and lock mechanisms and those are all solid brass. We also have a very decorative brass key that fits the locks. This piece is solid oak with a medium finish. Pictures do not do this piece justice. It is just gorgeous. The flaws mentioned are mostly hardly noticeable. We mention the bumps ... moreand bruises so that somebody is not expecting a flawless piece. However we highly encourage personal inspection of this item to see exactly for yourself. This item is in generally good condition with wear and tear consistent with its age. Recently while selling an antique coffee table we had, a gentleman that has been in the business, mention that this was probably made between the 1930's and 1950. China Hutch 56 1/2" tall. 62 1/4" long and 19 1/4" deep. Top is beautifully grained but is not parquet. Some water rings are visible. The doors on each side have a nicely detailed glass and carving. The way the glass is set with fabric piping it might be original. Adjustable shelves on each side, these doors are lockable. in the center there are 3 lockable drawers, each nicely carved. These are 23" wide. The top center is a drop down door with cubbies on the inside. This door is also lockable but is a bit difficult to shut. Front legs are curved and beautifully carved. Vtg Danish Modern Eames Era Antique Glass Display Case Curio Cabinet Floor Lamp
Hello- This lamp is a pleasure to gaze at. Either filled or empty. I usually have it empty, marveling at the clarity of the glass and simplicity of the style. The lamp has 4 thick Lucite shelves with the brass lamp pole going up through each shelf. The lamp stands 4' Feet tall- the actual glass area is 8" long x 6" wide square with 4 shelves. The glass is beveled and VERY thick- you can see that this is high quality glass. There is a small crack in the bottom of one glass about 1" but is intact. All glass comes out as there are cuts in the wood- to easily slip the glass out for cleaning and changing the displayed items. The base has moisture damage, and should be professionally cleaned, but I had no problem leaving it as is. The lamp is in working order but having the original cord it should be checked for safety. As is ... moreusual for all antique lamps. UNFORTUATLY THE SHADE IS NOT INCLUDED. If this lamp were to be duplicated and sold. I'm sure it would be a profitable venture. DESCRIPTION: The Emerson Radio and Phonograph Company was founded in 1923. Their marketing strategy was to make small. Inexpensive radios for lower income customers. Later, their table models had stylish art deco cabinets made with beautiful wood, Catalin, or bakelite. This 1949 Emerson 587 table model 5-tube radio has an appealing black bakelite cabinet. Two original knobs, slide rule dial, dial light, gold speaker grill, and original back panel with internal antenna. The cabinet has no scratches or cracks, and has been polished(not waxed) The center cover over the grill with the Emerson logo looks like an airplane prop and since this was made only four years after the end of WWll, I wonder if this is a single-engine fighter motif. Still a lot of patriotic images in products made at this time. The chassis has been electronically restored. ... moreFilter capacitors replaced, tubes checked and replaced if needed, and a new power cord installed. It pulls in stations loud and clear and with good tone from the original speaker. This radio is small and will fit anywhere, but performs like a much larger radio. With the gold grill and dial numbers contrasting the black cabinet, it looks like a real jewel. Remember. Florescent and halogen lights cause interference(static) with tube radios. Incandescent bulbs do not. Like all collectable vintage tube radios, this one is not intended for everyday use. It is 64 years old-a fine antique example of early electronic technology. It is a nice radio-collectors won't be disappointed. The radio is 6" high, 9" wide, and 5.5" deep. It weighs 3.5 lbs. PACKING: If there is no back. I will have packing protecting the speaker, tubes, and chassis. If there is a back it usually contains a loop antenna and I won't mess with that. VICTORIAN DRINKS CABINET/TEA CHEST
Drinks cabinet/tea chest made by Ross& Co. Dublin-the"Victorian Army Cabinet Makers of Choice" Ross& Co, were campaign furniture manufacturers in the days when British Army officers took the contents of their drawing rooms with them. The cabinet is approximately 18 inches x 8.75 inches x 8.5 inches and I believe made of Walnut which was the manufacturer`s favoured wood. It has 8 solid brass corner protectors and 2 brass hinges. The lock is in working condition with 1 key Inside the right hand of the cabinet is a velvet covered piece of wood with cutouts for the necks of alcohol bottles with a corresponding area beneath for the base of each bottle. There are two more areas to the front of the base which may have held tea. The left hand is closed off with a door opened with an ornate wooden knob. Inside is another velvet covered ... morepiece of wood with 3 cutouts. For the stems of the drinking glasses. Below this are two compartments which possibly held tea cups. There is a small inlaid brass plaque on the inner door front reading"Ross& Co. Manufacturers. 9.10&11 Ellis`s Quay Dublin" There is as split to the front(see image) measuring about 85mm in length. The wood above the keyhole has a slight bulge or lip(see image) But this does not stop the lock from working. At some point. Spin the knob on the lid of the box and the two discs in the inset windows spin to show the numbers on one side and the odds on the other. The rules are printed on the base of the box as shown in the photos. The box measures 8" x 7" x 3" to the top of the knob and is in good condition with the exception of a small piece which has broken off the lid as you can see in the fourth photo. It has seven drawers: the top three drawers have pop-up divided trays for dental instruments; the bottom four have divided compartments, and include several removable storage pieces. Brass plate on top says“The Ransom Randolph Co. Toledo, Ohio/ Pat. Apl’d For” Case measures approximately 13” tall. 11” long, and 9” wide. The hardware appears to be original, and it has most of an original key that is partially broken(the head is missing) I have not tried to use the key, as I’m afraid to push it all the way inside the lock for fear of not being able to get it back out. Up for auction is this great Yawman& Erbe index card holder. As you can see from the pictures the piece could use a little love but it is extremely solid- the drawers open and shut as designed and the tab to support the index cards will move back and forth as supposed to. Aside from the small area on the back of the piece where a piece of the wood chipped off. All of the original wood is in nice condition. Very nice quality dovetailing on the top and bottom of the piece as well as on the front and back of each drawer. The overall dimension of the piece are 15" wide x 17' deep x 6" tall. I bought this piece from a fellow antique dealer from PA. She found this a farm estate sale early this spring. This appears to be the base of a kitchen cabinet that was some time ago repurposed as a work bench. Has a thick wood top applied over the original wood top. There is a heavy duty vice still fixed to the front left corner. Selling as is. While the paint colors and surface are uneven. It does have a nice rustic look to it! Measures 67" long is 35.5" high x 21.5" deep. Two drawers with some original victorian style hardware still present. One shelf inside doors/bottom area. Has open back!
