Up for sale is this Zenith model 6-D-312 tube radio that was made in 1938. The beautifully designed Art Deco Bakelite case is in great condition. No cracks, but does have some light scratches and needs cleaning. It is missing the knobs and the dial cover is cracked in the lower right area. I can see a tear in the speaker. When turned on all you get is static, no reception. Dial station indicator moves freely, so this set wont need restringing. This cool radio displays beautifully and wont need much to restore. This is the Model 1X591 made by RCA Victor! This has tubes and a power cord. It powered on but hums loudly when plugged in. We were able to tune a couple of stations in but broadcast was distorted so this is offered as~is for parts. Repair or collection. The cabinet is made of brown plastic and features a large gold speaker grille on the front. The cabinet shows some minor scuffs and scratches but overall is in good conditon. The speaker grille is scalloped in pattern. Has some snags and bare spots in it but the RCA Victor logo is still in place. Has two control knobs on either side. They don't match. One is brown and the other is chrome. The dial cover has ... moresome burn melt marks in it but the pointer moves when the tuning knob is rotated and you can see the dial scale. This auction is for a vintage RCA Victor tube console floor radio/phonograph. It measures 33" tall. 26-1/8" long, and 16-1/2" deep. The radio is in nice condition cosmetically. The tubes lit up when we tested it awhile back, but no sound. The detachable cord has since been lost. It most likely would need a capacitor replaced and a new cord. Awesome display piece! As you can see the face plate is here with all the knobs and the plastic face for the dial is cracked but the small cracked part is also here with assorted original screws and pieces of support wooden pieces and the top is missing. Made in England Oak Circa 1960 Jacobean style Cushion included Sturdy Good overall condition, Seating like this antique telephone bench was primarily used in a sitting room of the house where one could be comfortable while on the corded phone(remember those? Today. These telephone seats can be used in a variety of locations. They make excellent entryway of foyer benches and are great for putting a lamp on and reading in. Of English origin. This oak telephone seat was probably made around 1960. It has a very Jacobean style to it. The oak wood is a lovely medium ... morebrown color. The seat currently has a nicely upholstered cushion which can be replaced or removed and just the wood seat used. The cabinet door is held shut with a magnetic latch and decorated with a Jacobean linen fold carving. There are two more linen fold carvings on the back of the seat as well. These coupled with the turned legs that end in block feet are what give the telephone seat a Jacobean style. The oak is strong and sturdy and this telephone bench is in very good condition. It has a few minor dings(very small) throughout as you would expect from a well cared for piece of this age. This lovely piece of English furniture will function and last your family for generations! This antique telephone bench is made from oak which has a lovely patina. This cushion comes with the bench for additional comfort. The cabinet is actually quite spacious. This is a two tone gray Zenith Royal 275 transistor radio from 1960 in excellent condition. This is a high quality early transistor set-Made in USA. The plastic cabinet is very nice with no chips or cracks. Much of the gold lettering is still present on the reverse. The battery compartment is clean and free of serious corrosion. It has chassis number 7CT40Z7. The swing handle is straight and free of corrosion and pitting. The chrome area surrounding the dials is in excellent. Problem free, condition. I just inserted 4'AA' penlight batteries(not included) and was able to tune in some stations. However, it did produce a loud screech while tuning and is in need of service. Antique Oak Sewing/Collectors Cabinet Roll Top Drawer Original Lettering
Antique oak sewing cabinet. It has a roll top and one drawer. On the roll top is the original letters Oriental Braid. On the drawer is Trimming Braid. 17 1/2" wide x 15 1/4" tall x 10 1/2" deep. 13lbs. Twenty five slots and one drawer. The knobs are white porcelain. The lettering is all there. Antique Primitive Wood Store Stand Top Counter Top Display Desk Cabinet
Antique primitive 7/8" thick wooden cabinet(I am not sure exactly what this is) May be a store display. Podium stand topper, cash drawer, but it is unque. It is approx. 20" x 12" x 13-3/4" high, and the caninet is made of what I believe is oak it is very heavy and has been stained dark. It has a shelf on the bottom that slants up toward the back and is made of rough saw board. It has a short drawer on the top with a wooden knob. Antique Curved Glass Countertop Display Cabinet...Great Size, Fabulous Patina!!
Description This i s a fabulous find. A curved glass display case with the coolest patina I've seen in a while: This piece measures 20" wide across the front. Is 18" deep and stands 15 1/2" tall. It is in antique condition. Here's the damage: One the front large curved piece of glass there is a crack in the top corner. It does NOT move, is solid and smooth to the touch. On the side panel, the top corner was cracked out. About the size of a quarter. Easily replaced.but I like the old wavy glass sooooo. Now.on the back door. We have an early modification. The ORIGINAL door opened the bottom half of the panel. This was modified. The original hinges were moved so that the whole thing opens for better access. You can see where the original hinges were, and where they were moved to. Please see the pictures. This piece is ... moreso darn hard to find.even harder to find with patina and character. This will be double boxed and carefully packed. I included pictures both with and without the flash. Please email with questions. As for shipping, I am figuring double boxing and parcel post. Antique Oak Merricks Spool Cabinet Store Cabinet
This is a round cylinder style oak Merrick’s spool cabinet that still has it’s original glass fronts and original finish. The glass advertises. Merrick’s Six Cord Soft Finish Spool Cotton. The cabinet stands 20″ high and the knob in the center is 2 1/4″ higher. The diameter is 18“ This cabinet is in great condition, with normal wear, except it is missing the bottom round that cabinet sits on. The previous owner used it as a side table and never even realized there was a piece missing. It was a family piece and thats how it came to her. Also in one of the pics you can see a piece of tape( with some writing on it. We did not try to remove it, that will be up to the new owner.
