Antique Carved Wood Eastlake Oak Tantalus 3 Glass Decanter Liquor Cabinet Drawer
This antique oak tantalus is a hand carved Eastlake style beauty. The front lower panel drops down inside the cabinet to release the bottles when the drawer is pulled out. The panel sticks a little so you need to move it downward with your fingers. But it rolls back up nicely when the drawer is pushed back into place. There are some old chips to the left side of the drawer cabinet(see picture# 7, 10) The glass decanters fit snugly in the tantalus and all 3 have silver plated tags. The metal fittings and handles on the tantalus used to be silver plated, but now have a nice aged brass look. There is a chip to the neck of one of the decanters and there are some small chips in the bottom edges of the stoppers and there is a small rough spot/chip on one of the facets on the ball of the stopper(see the last picture) The bottles are nice and clean. ... moreThe back of the tantalus is beautifully carved as well as the top of the handle bar, which has acorns and oak leaves. The key works the lock a little, but the lock does not engage with the latch properly. This item will be double boxed and delivered to your home via UPS, so no p,o. boxes, please. There is felt on the bottom of the cabinet to protect your furniture and there is wear to the velvet/felt liners under the bottles. The tantalus is 17 1/2" tall including the metal handle, 15" wide, and 8 1/2" deep.

Either way it's a great little antique knob. This one is slightly askew. It's solid but not straight. Dimensions: The glass is 13/16" diameter. The brass base is 9/16" diameter. Protrudes 13/16" Condition: As removed from the bookcase. Has not been cleaned. No chips or carcks, just the askewness. See pictures. Mega Rare 19th Century 8 Drawer Wood Spice Cabinet w/Salt Box Tin Insert
For your consideration is a rare 19th Century wood spice cabinet with eight drawers. I am not an expert in this area. But I had two knowledgeable opinions that the bottom piece is probably a salt box rarely seen, but I will have to leave it up to the experts to decide. I have left the original finish with a dry dusting only. I am not a wood expert, but I am of the opinion it is either pine or fruitwood again having to leave it up to the experts who are in the know. The cabinet measures approximately 19-1/2" tall. 8-1/4" wide, and 3-1/16" deep(front to back) where the drawers are located and about 4-1/8 to 4-1/4" from the middle and bottom of where the salt box(or whatever it may be called) is. The green painted tin insert is marked on the inside with the numbers and letters"20 lbs" IC. It is difficult to make ... moreout the remainder. But it looks like"Bamboo" or something similiar and them some other letters after that to me. The letters and numbers are stamped into the tin. I do not know if this piece is original to the cabinet, but it seems to fit properly to me. As for condition: The spice cabinet has a beautiful patina with appropriate age wear. At some point in time. Someone put tape on the front of the drawers and labeled them(I am assuming here) As you can see from the oversize photographs I have provided in the image gallery, when the tape was removed it left an outline. I will let the new owner decide how to fix that. Additionally, someone marked the bottom of each drawer with pencil numbering the drawers and where they go in the cabinet. 8 PC VINTAGE ANTIQUE ORNATE BRASS DRAWER CABINET HANDLE PULLS VICTORIAN
I am not sure of the age. These pulls(8 total) are 2.5" from screw to screw. They are total about 3" wide and about about 2.5" from top to bottom. Most have the screw. But a couple are missing the screws so you would need to pick up some in order to attach them to the drawer. There are also a couple points that have a slight bend and would need to be straighten with pliers. These are not heavy weight and it would be relatively easy to adjust as needed. Antique Primitive Wood Table Desk Top Apothecary Cabinet, Drawer & Compartments
Primitive Antique Apothecary Desk Top Cabinet From the home of an antique collector. This is a nice table top Cabinet. Nice original wood patina, I think the wood may be walnut but am not sure. There is a front paneled door that has a lock, but I do not have the key. Inside there are six compartments on the top and a small drawer on the bottom. The drawer has dove tailed corners in the front and a nice brass drawer pull. The back and bottom of the drawer may have been replaced, not sure. The sides of the cabinet have a lighter finish with a darker stain toward the back, I'm not sure why, maybe the cabinet was inside some sort of structure. In very nice antique condition, would work well on a desk top, table top, closed or open to display treasures. NEW MANSION Vintage Antique sewing machine early1900 4 Drawer Cabinet frame RARE
This is a"VERY RARE" early 1900 hand painted New Mansion 2 needle 4 drawer antique industrial sewing machine"ALL ORIGINAL" and complete. Only thing missing is the leather belt. The sewing machine, table and frame are all original and came from the Belvidere Singer Company in Illinois where it was used every day. It is missing some trim in the front and the machine itself is a little gummed up but the wheel is still workable, all drawers open but no key as shown in the pictures. I am not sure of what kind of wood it is made of but looks like its darker then Oak. I haven't been able to find any other machines this brand for sale, closest thing is a pamphlet with a picture on it. Comes with the original spool and thread and drawer full of miscellaneous stuff as shown in the pictures. Who will be the lucky new owner of this beautiful lightly used Husky Tool Chest? Could it be you? I purchased this brand new from Home Depot early September 2013 while it was on sale from $199 for $149(it's back to $199 right now) I was re-doing my office and workspace and was unsure of whether to go with a craft chest(i.e. something from the Container Store) or go big(i.e. something you'd find in a garage versus an upstairs carpeted office/craft room) In my usual style. I ended up going the extreme route and bought this Husky Chest. In my usual style, I didn't read the specs or weight and purchased it online for in-store pick-up. Don't get me wrong- it is awesome. But it is massive. I have a mid-size SUV and I had to rip off the cardboard box(it came assembled save for the side railing and wheel/casters) in order to get it ... moreinto my car with the seats down. Once home, I carried it up a flight of stairs and into my office marveling at what a great idea this was. I'm not going to lie- it is awesome and I use it to store my various tools. Wrapping paper, envelopes, and similar items. The problem, however, is that I am in my second year of graduate school for psychology and I had no idea how many books, papers, and office supplies would be competing for space in my room. Needless to say, even with a huge corner desk from office depot, wall shelves, a 5 shelf book shelf, I need more room for books. Like they say though. One person's loss is another's gain! At around 40 inches tall. 27 inches wide, and 18 inches deep, the tool chest is a great investment for the serious home-improvement/mechanic/crafter who has the room to appreciate it. The chest has two shallow drawers and three deeper ones; all of which are neither too tall nor too short. In other words, personally, I've never had to sacrifice drawer height. Collectible Antique 19th Century Walnut Wood Spool Cabinet / 2 Drawer
The item for sale is an antique 2 drawer walnut spool cabinet in good solid well used condition. This has no breaks or cracks with substantial surface wear. Scuffs, finish loss and such. There is also a chip out of the front corner. This measures 21 inches wide by 16 deep by 8 tall and has two drawers with original brass pulls. The item will be a super item cleaned up. Lovely Antique 2-Drawer Oak Card Catalog File Cabinet Recipe Box Porcelain Knobs Beautiful old oak file box from an exquisite pet and smoke free estate! Stands 5.5" tall. 15" deep and 13.5" wide. the box weighs about 12 pounds and is finished on all sides. There are 2 drawers with porcelain knobs. The drawers are nice and sturdy as is the box. The finish is warm rich oak and is in excellent condition. There are a few scratches on the top and one on the side that hides well with a little lemon oil, please see before and after pictures.
