We believe it's from the late 30's or early 40's but we're not 100% sure. 14x26. 7x11 and 9x13. 14x26 bass has flat rail calf front head with new fiberskyn Powerstroke batter head. Green Sparkle is faded on one side but otherwise is in great condition. 7x11 was tom converted to double tension. Calf skin top head, coated bottom with tom mount. 9x13 tacked bottom calf tom head with tom mount. Slingerland Radio King" is engraved on both tom rims. This is not a perfect kit but for the age is in great shape. The finish shows wear and the pics show the condition. Hardware shows age also but again, overall it's in good condition. Greetings! For your consideration is this RCA-Victor Short Wave Radio 110 Volt/ 20 Watts It appears to be fully functional; plugs in. Powers up and makes lots of wonderful static sounds: I was able to tune something that sounded like something, but overall lots of"noise. Beautiful. Solid construction: lovely map on case top; it is surrounded by two stitched leather bands in fair condition. The rest is in medium brown leather-like finish with strongly constructed side panels. Very clean on inside as images show: all tubes present(I guess this is why it works! and with a external plug, and an external speaker clipped into a well-organized drop-down rear panel— overall well cared for, rarely used, and just dirty from history. The zip cord, original, does have worn spots where the copper strands are exposed; so for safest use the brittle ... morezip-cord should be replaced. My father served as signal man during WWII; this was his along, with a barn-full of other things. There is a lovely 4 foot long. Sectional telescoping antenna that recesses into the unit— it is a cool little button on the side of the unit that"pops" it up and then one extends it. The lock and button release function perfectly. As do all the other latches and clips for the drop-down rear door. VINTAGE Slingerland 5 1/2x14 Radio King 1950s Snare Red Sparkle. Drum is 100% original but is missing parts. It has original broken glass red sparkle that is in excellent condition and original tight seam. Nickle plated sound king lugs. Original tone control. Original badge and grommet. Clam shell butt is complete but is slightly tweeked. Throw off side is missing rod and arm. Shell is maple and is in excellent condition. Bearing edges are original with original snare beds on bottom and are excellent with no dents or cracks and have never been worked on. Red Sparkle appears to be orange looking in pictures but is very red and show no signs of fading with no dark spots. This is an A+ drum if you have original parts to complete. Good Luck!

BEAUTIFUL Post War Industrial Bakelite 1947 Silvertone 6012 Tube Radio Works! DIMENSIONS: Approximately 11" x 6" x 7" l x w x h) COLOR: Ivory brass metal handle DESCRIPTION: Tabletop tube radio manufactured by Silvertone in the 1946-47 timeframe still in excellent+ working condition. Picks up AM stations clearly and loudly up and down the dial without external antenna attachment. I was able to pick up all the AM stations loudly and clearly. The radio preset buttons on top work fine. The preset adustment screws also work so you can preset to any radio station of your choice! Excellent post war industrial design! Cabinet is expertly repainted in original ivory color in excellent condition with no cracks. Splits, or seams, abrasions, major scratches or missing pieces. The knobs are a ivory color plastic. The front grill is vertical ... morevanes with no cracks or warping or missing plastic! The gold grill fabric is original gold not torn or split or frayed. The clear plastic dial face one piece clear plastic with gold lettering. There is no missing Bakelite anywhere on the cabinet. This radio is over 60 years old! Dial light was replaced with a new one and lights up brightly. All the dial numbering and lettering is crisp and clear. The original knobs are securely attached and won't fall off. The tuning dial works fine. All out of spec capacitors have been replaced with modern equivalents so this radio has another 50+ years or more of playing time! The tubes are working fine. All out-of-spec resistors have been replaced with modern correct value and voltage equivalents. The power cord and plug are good supple original working condition with no cracks, or splits or electrical tape repair. No exposed wiring. The radio has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected. All wiring has been thoroughly checked for possible bridging and weak solder connection. Comes from non-smoking, mature, clean professional environment no pets. Vintage Silvetone radio made by SEARS. Roebuck and CO. Catalog No. 6020(Brown) Has clock on face and looks to be AM only. Exact age unknown. Bakelite plastic does not have any cracks or chips. All knobs are present and turn freely. Metal knobs have some corrosion on them. When plugged in clock worked, but radio just made a static noise. Radio is dirty needs a good cleaning. Measures appx. 10 3/4" wide at bottom, 9 1/4" at top, 5 1/2" deep, and 6' tall. Cord is still 2-way cloth. Has electrical tape and coating coming off where it hooks to radio. Can see in pics.
