The PT-100M-CM with stroke control and the new advanced air muffler system. This powerful tool is heavily used by the military. Aviation, and automotive industries for vehicle repair, and can be used in a wide variety of applications. This great tool is one of the most powerful, compact, and versatile hand riveting tools available. It is designed for the installation of a wide variety of blind rivet/fastener types including CherryMax rivets, Huck-Clinch rivets, pull-through Nutplate rivets, Pop rivets and rivnuts. This tool generates over 4,000 lbs of pulling force and operates with 90 to 120 psi of air pressure. It will pull blind rivets up to 1/4" This tool is compatible with a wide variety of nosepieces for rivets, and pull-up studs and driving anvils for rivnuts. With the appropriate adapter, it will accept straight, offset and 90 degree CherryMax pulling heads(CherryMax pulling heads and adapters ARE NOT INCLUDED) The PT-100M-CM riveter utilizes a patented. Air motor driven, multiple valve cylinder hydraulic pump assembly. Unlike most blind riveters, the PT-100M-CM riveter permits stroke control. Upon trigger actuation, the tool's nose assembly moves forward as long as the trigger is depressed or until maximum stroke is reached. The jaw assembly, which holds the rivet stem, remains stationary. Trigger movement allows the user to monitor and control the stroke length of the tool it required. A releasing trigger is provided to eject the stem from the nose assembly after the rivet retention, which in pressure relief system insures tool safety and longevity. The Lobster AR-012 is an industrial quality tool that meets the demands for high performance blind riveting applications in tight locations that are difficult to access. The Lobster exclusive design consists of a light-weight hand-operated rivet pistol, a remote pneumatic/hydraulic pump that can be bench-mounted, and a 10 foot hose assembly. This tool sells for about $800: ITEM CONDITION: This Lobster AR-012 tool is in fair to good cosmetic condition and appears to be in good functional condition. The tool appears to be well used but not abused. It has numerous cosmetic scratches. Nicks, dents, scuffs, and worn paint as you can see in the photos. The hoses and connections are in good condition. The female threads at the front of the nose tube appear to be partially stripped. But if the nosepiece is installed with a washer(which I have included) it can be tightened adequately and used without a problem. I have thoroughly inspected. Cleaned, and lubricated the tool. I’ve enclosed the hydraulic hoses with new industrial quality split tubing. I tested the tool on a few rivets and it cycles smoothly and appears to be working properly with no air or fluid leaks.
