This application was for holding/storage. Food production, cooler, freezer and blast freezer walk in. The unit is 5 or 6 years old. It was used for sandwich spread production and other cold food development. The unit is between 3400- 3500 sf and consisted of the following: Production Room 35 degrees 1316sf/ 28' x 47' 1/2" with(2) 34" doors and(3) 60" roll back doors with extra caster on bottom of door. Each one of the 60" doors opened into another area/room inside the unit. Shipping Room 35 degrees 742sf/ 53' x 15' with a(1) 60" door coming from the production room and a 60" door opening into the warehouse. Holding/Storage Cooler 35 degrees 1036sf/ 37' x 28' 6" with(1) 60" door coming from the production room and a 60" door opening into the warehouse. Freezer 0 degrees 144sf/ ... more12' x 12' with(1) 60" door and S/S freezer floor. Also has(1) standard 34" side door leading into a cooler hallway. Blast Chiller 190sf/ 18' 6"x 10' has(2) 60" doors. Mint condition walk in cooler/ freezer combo. This was in a Duncan Donuts location that was opened and then closed after only 4-5 months after opening. You walk into the cooler which is about 6x8. And then walk into the freezer from the cooler. This was $26,000.00 new. Other than maybe a very minor scuff here or there from taking it out, it might as well be brand new. Pictures of the outside were not really possible as the wall were built around it except for where the door was. It was professional broken down and is in storage at our warehouse in Muncie In. this is a walk in combo freezer and cooler that is in above average condition. there are no panels with large dents or busted corners. The cam locks all work The doors work well. The refrigeration is from International Cold Storage, the box is made by Tyler. Both condensing units are 230 volt single phase. Outside dimensions are 10x11 feet Cooler is 8 x 10. Freezer is 3x10, you have to walk through the cooler to get to the freezer, in other words there is only one outside door. It was working when they went out of business. The power was off by the time we got there, so we could not test it prior to taking it down. Prefer a local pick up but will ship. Probably 2-3 pallets. For sale is a used restaurant walk in cooler. Freezer unit. All units were removed from local restaurants during major remodel projects. All units were in service up until the time we removed them. They were all disconnected and decommissioned by professional refrigeration techs and licensed electricians. All units come with the inside refrigeration components and the roof units. Each cooler is divided into a refrigerator space and a freezer space. Each unit includes 2 roof units(compressors) and 2 inside units(evaporators) one for freezing and one for refrigeration. Everything was in good working condition when we took delivery of them. The brand is Master Built and each unit measures about 7' wide x 12.5' long and about 9.5 feet tall. These units are floorless in the refrigeration compartment and have a 4" insulated raised ... morefloor in the freezer compartment. The units are about 3/4 reefer/ 1/4 freezer + or- a little. They are fairly easy to assemble. cam-lock system)The electrical and refrigeration should probably be left to the pros. Most units have two doors, a main access door to the refrigeration area and a second door inside the unit to the freezer compartment. I have three units left and am selling them locally as well.
