Vintage Malted Milk Dispenser Hamilton Beach
You are bidding on a Hamilton Beach Malted Milk Dispenser I believe to be circa 1920's. It is Jadeite Green in color and seems to work freely after a little shot of WD 40 was applied. The glass globe is in great shape as is the unit its self. It does have a little discoloration on the front feet which might be buffed out but I do not know for sure. There is also one of the rubber foot pads missing- the other 3 are ok. It does have what I believe is the original lid which is very hard to come by especially in the Jadeite color. However. It is not in the great condition. It is cracked in several places and taped together with masking tape which has dried up. I scraped as much as I could and added a clear tape which looks better. I added a chrome knob on top which I believe is close to the original one. I did all of this to preserve as much ... moreof the original lid as I could. I did look into making a mold of this lid to reproduce another one. It can be done but I did not want to go to the trouble. This one is unique due to the matching Jadeite color. I called Hamilton Beach to see if I could get a replacement. The girl I spoke to stated they were not available and the one that they have on display in there show room does not have a matching lid. I will put on several pictures to show condition of lid and machine- a vintage piece of Americana. All of our items are sold AS-IS, but we always work with our customers. Antique/Vintage Soda Fountain Syrup Dispenser - Milk Glass Base
This wonderful authentic vintage piece was made in the 1920's by Cordley. New York. It is marked on the bottom along withe the Patent number of 72593 May 10, 1927. It is in remarkable condition and barely looks like it was ever used.There is a mold mark indentation near the spicket that is difficult to see in the pictures but there are no cracks, chips or breaks. It measures app. 9 1/2"high. It is all glass and is very heavy. The bottom is of milk glass and the top section is like fluted clear glass. The rubber spicket is in very good almost unused condition. These were originally place on the soda fountain counter and filled with syrup. There are 2 ovals on either side of the milk glass when the name of the syrup company decal can be placed. Set of 3 Cotton/Dressing Dispenser Antique Apothecary Jars 2 are. I believe, are stainless steel. There is some slight corrosion. Shown in photos. They are very heavy and spring loaded to force the cotton to the top. Measures 4 1/2" tall w/ lid and 4 1/4" at the base. The 3rd has a screw on top. The base is milk glass. There is still cotton inside that still has the seeds! The top has some cracks. Shown in photos. It measures just over 3 3/4" tall and 2 3/4" wide at base.
