I'm not 100% sure because the manufacturer's sticker is worn down, but I believe this is a Delfield D4448N-8 prep table. Delfield has a lot of models in their 4400 series and many of them vary only slightly from one to the other. I'll tell you all that I know, though. This is a 48" sandwich/salad prep table that has 4 drawers in lieu of doors on the bottom section. Each top drawer holds one full size 12" x 20 pan and three 1/9 size pans 4" 6" deep. Each bottom drawer holds one 12" x 20 pan and three 1/9 size pans 4" deep. The top has two separate flip up doors in which you can store 8 pans. The exterior is finished in stainless steel while the interior is finished in Delfield's ... moretrademark blue, ABS plastic.
