This auction is for a used set of Shimano Tiagra ST-4400 9-speed road bike. Drop bar, STI integrated brake lever, shifter combos. I believe these will work with both a double and triple set-up. They are currently set-up for a triple. These shifters are in excellent working condition. They have some scuffs on the sides, but nothing major. I took these off a bike a guy asked me to convert to a flat bar. Included with the shifters is the Ritchey Comp stem, drop bars, and black cork handlebar wrap. Those measure just under 1" across(15/16" The ones with the Rampart Lions is signed BEN SHERMAN and they are also very nice, 3/4" tall, and the last ones with the Mother of Pearl& single rhinestone are SWANK, 7/8" across. I noticed while photoing these that one has some glue and the MOP is not quite centered. So I'd guess someone repaired that part but didn't get it on very straight! This is a mold for bar of SAFE GUARD soap Safeguard is an antibacterial soap of Procter& Gamble Company. It is a two piece mold made of a rubber latex intended for plaster casts I believe. The resulting bars of soap were used to produce a commercial for the product in the early eighties. In the 1960s and 1970s. Safeguard went by the informational-toned slogan of"A Soap For The Entire Family" However. Their 1980s"The Smallest Soap in the House" ad campaign would be their most memorable. As it included ads ... moreof people complaining of thru excessive use their Safeguard bars getting smaller and smaller, and the ending of each commercial featuring a brand-new Safeguard bar in soap suds that, using stop-motion animation. Shrinks down to about 80% used up just before the voice-over says"The smallest soap in the house" Stop motion animation was the speciality of APA Studios. The mold measures 6” in diameter and 3 ¼” tall it is two pieces intended to pour into the top. The bar of soap appears to be full size at a little over 3” long and a little over 1” high. Here is an old western back bar bottle lettered: LOTOS CLUB WHISKEY. J.H. Back bar bottles were used in old saloons to hold“ the good stuff” Premium whiskey or liquors were bought in bulk. Shipped in barrels then pored into fancy glass bottles. There bottles were usually displayed on a shelf or cabinet behind the bar. This is where“back bar” bottles came from. Pear shaped, hand blown, pinched on both sides, so it was easy to hold onto. No Chips or Cracks. A beautiful bottle! Size 7 1/2" tall, no stopper. Dates to the 1870s-80s.
