kdk 200 series quick change toolpost with a 206 toolholder
kdk 200 series quick change tool post with a 206 tool holder. the tool post locking arm is missing the knob. the threads are full of grease/dirt. an easy fix. it works perfectly. locks and unlocks perfectly. this is a kdk brand the no. on the tag says 205081. from what ive read online you take the first 2 numbers to get the series. which would make this one a 200 series. it has a 3/4" bolt that goes into the T-nut which also looking online makes it a 200 series.it is dirty and has marks on the back and both sides from being hit with a hammer or something. its not beat up im just trying to give an accurate description. the front surface where the tool holder goes looks great as does the bottom. those are the only 2"working" surfaces anyway. the T-nuts are usually made for your specific machine. this one has one included that ... moreis made from alluminum and is cracked. id recommend making yours out of steel. the tool holder is a kdk 206. it holds 4 tools. it is dirty and has some of the black finish rubbed off on the edges. it also has light scratches on it. as far as the tool pocket it looks like its never been used to me. metal lathe manual leblond clausing mori seiki bridgeport machining machinist

Used dorian sdn35cxa tool post. I got this from an auction and do not have tool holders to test the functionality. All I can say is the wedges move freely and seem to move out just fine when engaged by the handle. The physical condition it has slight surface rust. Please contact with questions.

Dorian quick change toolpost and 5 Aloris BXA toolholders. Dorian Toolpost Model#SD30BXA with 5 Aloris toolholders which include BX10. BXA7, BXA1 and two BXA2s. A couple of the toolholders have scuff marks on them and the knurling toolholder has been ground for clearance. It does not effect its use at all. All the set screws and adjusting screws work properly. The toolpost itself is in very good condition.
