This measures about 2 1/8" by 1 3/8" The buttons are about 3/4" wide. The body is some type of plastic or bakelite. I believe this would be for a three wire hook up for an electric motor. But I do not know. This is used. It has been stored in a workshop for many. Many years. There are a couple of tiny edge chips. This does not include mounting screws.
