Up for auction tonight is a pair of old push button light or control switches. The pair are brass with a porcelain base. They are both attached to old pieces of cast iron conduit. The switches are functional they both have the mother of pearl on one switch. They both are stamped with patent numbers. Each measures 2-1/2" high x 1-1/4" wide x 1-1/4" deep. They are in good used condition. Not sure if these were on off switches for lights or some sort of control switches. Great matching pair. I took a few pictures of the unit open in order to show how one might hook this up for use. I do not know if this works or how to hook it up for use. At worst this is a really neat display piece. This measures 10.5" tall, 5" wide and 3.5" deep. It weighs 5.5 lbs. The buttons press down easily and I do not see any cracks in the metal casing.
