I have seen many vintage switches that are Cutler Hammer. But none this old. I thought this was fabulous: Bakelite switches and original tag inside showing a manufacture date of Feb 1947. I copied the part number to the best of my ability and photographed it twice for your reference. The last digit is indistinct and I believe it reads"8" I do not know if this works. I do not know the history of this switch other than it has been in my possession as a backup for my old table saw for quite a while. Comes with the original box.
