This FMI pump is coming from a retired chemist's lab. The pump shows very light signs of use- really. Just about the only indication that it's even used is the power cord is discolored. It comes with the RH adjustable head installed, plus an extra head that has the text"R405E" cast into the body. This extra head shows some damage and will most likely need to be repaired if you decide to put it into service. The pump itself, however, is in good shape. I have plugged it in and verified that it works, but that is the only sort of testing I'm able to do. I will guarantee only that it will not arrive DOA. Other than that, it is sold as is, with no returns. FMI lab pumps are used when flow rate accuracy. Whether microliters to liters, is critical. It uses a valveless, positive-displacement technology. This holding tank is park of the Solmetex HG20 Series Mercury Removal System that is intended for the treatment of discharge streams from dental chair operations. These tanks are unused so they can be used for any application where a metering pump is needed mounted on top of a tank. There are three level switches in the tank. The lower two switches turn on and off the pump to keep the fluid level between them. The upper float switch turns on the alarm. We have two of these units. This listing is for one.
