Cat 5CP3120G1 gear drive pump. Rated at 3500 psi, 4.5 gpm. I took it all apart, cleaned, primed and painted the crankcase, checked the manifold, serviced the valves, torqued and loctite the valve plugs. I added a pressure safety relief just in case the unloader fails. This is a really nice package. The footprint of the geardrive unit is about the same as the direct drive pump, but the pump is pumping half as fast. This makes way less friction and seals last a lot longer. I will be shipping the unit dry. Cat uses ISO 68 hydraulic oil in the crankcase and 80-90 wt gear oil in the gearbox. Works great. Holds pressure, no water in crankcase or water leaking under the pump( seals bad)

This is a used Annovi Reverberi pressure washer pump that was taken apart and never put back together. I took it apart because it was leaking from either one oil seal. Or water seal. When I shopped around for a seal, I found that I could only buy a repair kit. When I saw the prices on those, I ended up buying another pump and placing this one in a box, packed it away and forgot about. Anyway. Long story short, this pump worked fine when it was on my pressure washer. All it needs is to be put back together with a new seal for the particular piston that was leaking. I got this pump from a furniture manufacturer that closed down. I am not sure what brand it is but the numbers on the outside of the pump are A0 A02658. There are also numbers on the bottom side. 245504. Comes with 20' of braided hose attached to a NORDSON spray gun with a tip of 163 618. Also comes with a Wilkerson air regulator. I filled a 5 gallon bucket with water and tested the unit and spray gun. Both worked fine. The bucket is not included.you can get them any where so no sense paying shipping for that.
