MITSUBISHI HD1000 HD1000U 720P HOME THEATER PROJECTOR - AS-IS - NEEDS BULB/WHEEL
Mitsubishi HD1000 720p Projector This projector was working great with at least 500 hours left on the bulb until the other night when I started hearing a buzzing noise which I'm assuming was something with the color wheel. Maybe it only needs to be refitted(I've heard they sometimes come off the bearings) but it could possibly need to be replaced. In my attempt to figure out what the problem was I made the mistake of turning the projector off and on too fast which blew the bulb. So this projector will definitely need a new lamp/bulb. I'm not sure if the color wheel is broken or just needs to be fixed so this is being sold as-is with NO refunds. I repeat this projector will NOT work unless the bulb is replaced and the color wheel is fixed/replaced and this projector cannot be returned for a refund. Up for bid is my personal home theater projector. This unit was purchased over other models for several reasons: 1. First and foremost it has a stunning full 1080p picture. 2. It is whisper quiet. This is VERY important if you are installing it on the ceiling near your head(as I was) 3. Connectivity. I have used this projector with Direct TV. Blu-ray, PC and a Mac, and multiple game systems all connected simultaneously. No need to keep switching plugs or using adapters(as with most high end projectors there is no speaker built in, you must run an external source for audio. Your audio receiver should have multiple HMDI inputs which covers a lot of the connectivity, but having the component, HDMI, VGA and other various connectors means you never run out of options) 4. Brightness. I was not able to control light levels completely in my theater ... moreso I needed a projector that had enough lumen output to not get washed out during the day. This projector has performed flawless for the time that I have owned it. It was purchased new. By me, from Amazon. It has been mounted to the ceiling as seen in the picture since the night I received it(I mounted the white board between two studs for extra support, not necessary but I felt more at ease) With the projector you get a brand new bulb. The bulb in it is still working too. But it has a lot of hours and will need to be replaced soon. Also included is the ceiling mount, remote control, power cord, and lens cover. I will include the manual if it is where it is supposed to be, but if I do not have it the manual is available on Mitsubishi's website. mitsubishielectric.com/bu/projectors/downloads/pdf/hc5500/hc5500_user_manual.pdf. Epson PowerLite 7900p EMP-7900 LCD Computer Projector. Up for auction is a used EMP-7900 that is in good physical condition. There are a couple scratches and scuff marks on the casing. But it is otherwise undamaged. For more information on the cosmetic condition please refer to the pictures below. We couldn't get the bulb to work without a cover plate(not included) So we use one from another projector we had. We found that the projector is locked and can not get to the menu system. Therefore we have no idea how many hours are on the build and we can't rotate the screen. We plugged in a movie through the AV ports and the movie did start to play(with no volume) however the screen has a flickering issue with yellow lines down the screen.
