We have used this for a few years with no problems…until March 2013… We were on a road trip and someone stepped on the screen for the"player" unit(the unit that has the dvd player integrated) The dvd player still works but the screen doesn't show the complete image(see picture where the top left portion does not display image) The second unit has nothing wrong with it.
