gear reducer 20 to 1 Sterling Perfection model #ST8662 S machinest bandsaw tools
You are bidding on a used 20 to 1 gear reducer. It is made by Sterling Perfection. Model#ST8662 S. It has 2 inpushafts they are.625(5/8) diameter. There is one output shaft. It is.875 diameter. Comes with a 4 1/2 dia vee belt pully mounted on the input shaft. Also comes with a chain sprocket& 62 inches of chain. This will fit the output shaft. Or you can use your own vee belt pully. Is roughly 7 inches tall. This reducer spins nicely. On the output shaft on the end. At some time a pully has spun on about 3/4 on the end of it. I tried to show this in the last picture. It looks to have 3/4 to 1 inch of good shaft to mount your pully to. Great for converting a bandsaw from wood to metal. Or use for conveyers, lots of uses. Thanks for looking. You are viewing a Marley Geareducer Company gear box that has been rebuilt that I have for sale. This came from a industrial building that was torn down. This reduction gear box was stored for future use in the maintenance shop after being rebuilt. Check out my other auctions. I am also selling three others that were in use running chiller fans when they were removed. There is a plate on the side that reads: Model: 22.3 33809 Serial: A75074M Gear ratio: 5.50 The shaft coming out the top is approximately 2 35/64 diameter. The other shaft coming out the side is 1 3/8 inch diameter. The thing weighs 450 pounds on a pallet for shipping. PAYMENT AND AUCTION REQUIREMENTS Do not ask me to sell it early.
