Clearly a smoker’s collectible piece. This smoker’s tray from about 1900 was used by the gentlemen of the day for their pipes and cigar ash. It measures 6.5”x4.5” and features a lovely lady with long flowing hair and a cigarette in her hand. Made in France, it is signed by J. Sola on the front, and has‘Made in France’ stamped into the back. It has not been cleaned and has a nice patina. A lovely piece of tobacciana and an Art Nouveau collectible. All my items are measured with a standard tape measure and are rounded off to the quarter inch. I attempt to be as accurate as possible, but odd surfaces can prove difficult sometimes as I lack a pair of calipers. I do not take apart or clean anything after listing an item. It is up to the new owner to clean silver and other metals. I am happy to ship overseas, but be aware of your country's customs laws.
