But please, be aware that regardless of rated HP or RPM, the effective range is within 60 to 75% of that. Beyond that, you are destroying your motor, armature and brushes. Small motor controllers. Such as residential treadmills contain, do not nearly approach the reliable output or heat dissipating capabilities as does this one. There are two burnt pins on molex connectors. This caused loss of 19mph performance speed by default- still available by simply turning on key, pressing pedal, then quickly turning off and back on key- that forced high speed mode anyway! Ran this way for a year. Working when removed from my cart to put in higher power Alltrax replacement for even higher speed. Selling this AS IS. With of course no warranty, as I no longer need it. NOT REBUILT- Original never worked on as you can see by warranty sticker. We ARE a drives repair shop and CAN replace the two 20 cent molex connectors if someone is interested; then it should be back to 100% working condition. Up for auction is a non-working Raptor 1200A controller. It is being sold as-is and for parts only. These controllers originally sold for $3476 USD. They weren't very many made- and parts are getting harder to find. This controller is damaged because it appears that several mosfets and diodes exploded during operation. We have been parting this controller out over the past few months. But most of it is still there. I believe that the only major part missing is the capacitor board(which was an electrolytic bank, so it was probably well past the end of its service life anyways) The rest of the controller is untested and is being sold AS-IS. It was used with a right angle Bodine DC motor 1/8 HP 60:1 ratio. All functions work great. Both forward, reverse and brake knob and speed control work with no problems. Up for auction is this used treadmill motor with matching speed controller. It was removed from a Wesco Cadence 815 treadmill that had a bad walking belt so I deceided to salvage the motor unit. It is only 7 inches. End to end and weighs only 7 pounds. Might make a great windmill generator or small bench drill press modification. Being a dc motor, it can be reversed by just swaping the leads. Makes it easy to drill and tap on a drill press.
