The jig heads must be pre heated using a toaster oven or a heat gun. After dipping. You can use the jig heads as is or cure in a oven for about 20 minutes to fully cure the powder paint and the jig heads paint will become rock hard and a very durable scratch chip resistant finish that will rival any professional commercial jig head made at a fraction of the cost. A UL rated 2 tier portable IR curing system( for larger jobs) and a 72"x 56"x 86" spray booth with filters and roof mounted UL wired ventilation pump. Top and bottoms, and 2-1/2 inch thick doors. They are made completely of galvanized materials and are insulated with fiberglass insulations rated up to 800 degrees. Was set up to feed through, opening is 12x18" front of booth is 36"Wx30"H if was opened up to use manually. Was purchased as working unit to use for a job that never materialized, has been in storage for about 5 years. There are some minor things that will need to be done like one of the plastic screws for the mount on one of the guns is broken, one gun is missing the tip(although I believe this may have fallen down inside the collector during tranport) There is some sort of sensor that goes in the back of the cabinet, not sure what it is for, but it was duct taped into the opening(see last 2 pictures) has glass lense maybe some type of photo sensor? ... moreWill load for free, already mounted on a skid.
