WWII fiber helmet liner in blue with khaki strapping & tie to inside - cool item
Here is a cool item from I believe WWII( a light weight fiber liner that is blue on outside and brown stripped inside. Inside has khaki straps and a khaki tie. There is a number'20' ink stamped to the some of inner straps. There is a small embossed circle on the inner dome with what looks like script letters but cannot make them out and a'31' above the embossed circle. Not sure why the outer side is blue but have seen some were this color- police MP? Navy? not sure really. Very small fracture to top but small and hardly can be noticed.

It appears to be in good condition with no obvious damage. However, I have no way of testing it so I don't know if it still works.
