This is a wonderful commercial grade Pelouze model 4040 digital shipping scale that is in good condition. It is used so it has some scuffs. Scratches and scrapes. All feet are attached and this is great working order. The sugar on scale is correct because it is a open bag that has 3 lbs missing. It operates on 9 volt battery(included) 400 lb. capacity.
