We have a used tungsten silicon sputtering target. 65/35 weight percent, 99.5% pure. It was used by a customer and then returned because they wanted higher purity. There is now some abrasion along the edge, and some machining markes visible in the surface, but is a usable target. We have cleaned and degreased it and re-sealed it in vacuum packaging. We have a copper gallium sputtering target. 7:3 atomic percent, 99.99% pure. It is bonded to a copper backing plate for support. This is a very brittle phase, and cracked during final machining. Because of its flawed appearance. It is deeply discounted in price, but it is still warrantied to perform according to your needs. The size is 2.00" diameter x 0.125" thick.
