The clutch lugs are marked sterling also and have a WW2 era patent date. Weighs approximately 20.2 grams with the sterling clutch lugs. Most of the original finish present, but worn away at the high points, especially the rifle butt. Heavy tarnish overall. There are two unusual things about this one: 1) the enamel is a light turquoise in color, as opposed to a deep blue, and(2) the manufacture is hollow die struck as opposed to solid die struck(look on the reverse, and you can see the indented image of the rifle and edge) This weighs a few grams more than the standard ones. Has a metallic purple finish and an soloist style body. The body is made of mahogany with an ultrathin. Easy to play maple neck and a 24 fret rosewood fretboard. Only inlay is a large"X" at the twelfth fret. It features an original Floyd Rose locking tremolo. As well as a Seymour Duncan 59 humbucker and Bill Lawrence 500XL, the same pick up combination as Pantera's Dimebag Darrell! Blenko Hand Blown Glass Bowl - "Fire & Ice" Prototype
This auction is for a Blenko hand blown glass bowl that is a prototype for the"Fire& Ice" designs that entered the Blenko catalog c.2007. This prototype is green and yellow. While the production version is blue and yellow. One nice touch that this prototype has is the folded over rim. It gives it a much more finished look than the production versions which lack the folded rim. This unique bowl is sandblast signed and dated 2004 across the pontil. It is about 5" tall and about 10" in diameter. I typically ship glass via USPS Priority Mail insured with Delivery Confirmation. I do an excellent job at packing glass for shipment. Even though that adds weight and cost to the shipment. My goal is for it to arrive intact to you! For shipment that are in boxes larger than 1 cubic foot I typically use UPS. 9-pin breadboard / prototype tube socket for DIY experimenting
This little goody is a breadboarding or prototyping socket for 9-pin tubes(standard 9-pin miniature or noval tubes. Like 12AX7, EL84, etc. It allows you to make solderless connections to the tube, using screw/ compression terminal blocks. Just stick the wire(s) in and tighten the screw. To change the circuit, just loosen the screw and pull out the wire(s) I use these for experimenting with tubes. And prototyping tube circuits. They can be screwed to an old-fashioned wooden breadboard or a metal chassis, using the four holes with pressed-in standoffs at the corners. The socket is a high-quality Belton socket. the terminal blocks are Phoenix Contact blocks that can accommodate wire sizes from 28AWG to 14AWG. Each tube socket pin is connected to two terminal strip positions. This allows for multiple connections and easy daisy-chaining of things ... morelike heater supplies. This is a ONE OF A KIND Gibson Chet Atkins SST Prototype Acoustic Electric hybrid guitar. I have owned and played MANY Chet ATKINS SST's and this baby certainly take the cake. There is no serial number. Gibson has identified it as a prototype. It has 80's style tuners, so the suspicion is that it was designed in the 80's. It includes a Night Hawk pickup at the neck that sounds superb. Controls are as follows. On the side: master volume knob. Master treble/bass stacked knob. On the top:face) acoustic volume knob, Night Hawk Volume/Tone stacked knob. As well as a three way switch that allows you to select either pickup or a blend of the two. I wish I wasn't selling this baby. But I need the money. This is a collectors piece, so do not pass it up. THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND! The electronics have been updated with a specificity ... moredesigned circuit from Fishman and Ben Nippes in Austin. TX to match the original circuitry which went out several years ago. 1973 DOD Electronics Prototype Vintage Tube Amplifier serial #1 - Free Shipping!
This is a rare prototype 100 watt tube amplifier from approximately 1973. It was built point-to-point by David Oreste Di Francesco(now of Rolls Corporation) in his house when he was starting DOD Electronics(which eventually became Digitech) He was still deciding if he wanted to build amps and eventually chose to focus mainly on pedals(such as the tank-like and great sounding Green Preamps and Yellow Overdrives) From his recollection it was based on the Marshall circuit and used a Fender output transformer and a power transformer from an old television. It is labeled with serial number 00001 and is one-of-a-kind. It works without issue and sounds like a blend of Marshall and Fender Tweed Deluxe. Very touch responsive and dynamic. It takes four EL34 and four 12AX7 tubes. It has controls for Bass, Middle, Treble and Presence, four inputs, two ... morechannels(Normal" Bright" and a master volume. The only things that have been changed are the tubes and the AC cord(the original was a two-prong) The tolex on the head box looks to be a typical DIY job, but everything is sturdy and solid. Monkkonen soley(same person that builds the amazing CS-40 amplifiers) After Bjorn Juhl, designer of the circuit sent him th e schematic. These were made just prior to commercial re lease of the SHOD. And I can tell you without question, that this one sounds every bit as good as any of the BJFE pedals I have owned. I've never seen another for sale, and I'm a bit on the fence about selling this one. It is of course. Incredibly dy n a m ic and incredibly touch sensitive. Full bodied with enough bite, but never shrill. Lots of scope on the highly interactive focus and drive knobs to create a killer light grit. To an all out, full on crunch. actually. Up for bids is a rare piece. This is what I believe to be original Prototype#5 of the now popular pedal from DMB Pedals. It does a gritty delay very nicely. Has selectable modulation, and can get wild if you want it to. I used this for a few tracks and now I need to upgrade my studio equipment so I'm clearing things out. Up for auction is a rare Mac Quadra 700 system once owned by Apple. This unit has a property of Apple tag on the back and has a PowerPC 601 upgrade card installed in the PDS slot. The hard drive has been removed and is not included with the Mac. It is fully loaded with RAM and VRAM and the internals are in excellent condition(no leaking battery or caps) We have tested it to power up as seen in the pictures. Also includes a power cable and Mac to VGA adapter(pictured Dell LCD is not included) I've been told by someone that worked at Apple that this system was used to test both 68k and PowerPC apps on the same system. I dont even know if he still makes guitars? but a build like this would be well over $1500 or more. hand sighned and numbered.i have had this in my private collection for years, dont remember when it was made? type of woods used? i just know it looks awesome! i would say its a 9 out of 10 because in pic 7 the previous owner put a screwdriver to the tailpiece and skinned up the screws,new screws would fix that. pic 8 shows the bottom of guitar where it looks like the strap has rubbed and scraped a little, may buff out? below that is a little rough place that wouldnt show in photos but not to bad at all. some of the little screws around the pickup rings are rusty but easy and cheap to replace. it came to me that way, i meant to replace but i have such a huge collection i cant keep track of them ... moreall. has grover tuners/ seymore duncan pickups/ dont know what models they are? neck through/ not bolt on. real abolone inlays/ custom wooden truss rod cover/ wooden cavity cover. look at the stripes in the neck and body/ wow/ very nice woods. the pictures make it look a little brown but its more of a ghost grey. hard case is new but will show some signs of use and rubs from moving case in and out of other cases.and previous owner had banged it up also but overall still looks good. inside is super with keys. this guitar has never left my house or been gigged or abused. it has been played my me every once and a while then returned to its case and stored. it may need strings and fingerprints and dust cleaned off, and set up to your liking. as with all handmade guitars any inperfections in woods and such are just part of the build. guitar is very well built a true work of art. i have to thin down my collection because it takes up most of my computer room and two closets. and a cubby whole my wife wants back. all the guitars in my collection have took me years to aquire and are mostly protos or custom made, they are not junk. ive had about every brand

The original Prototype was Bob Campbell. Who was replaced by the second Prototype, Jimmy Ruiz. These events happened before the first issue of Prototype and Ruiz was then the first Prototype revealed to the readers. Ruiz was hired by a company called Ultra-Tech as a corporate spokesman/mascot named Prototype. He had devices surgically implanted in his body that enabled him to cybernetically control a suit of powered armor which enabled him to fly. Fire blasts of concussive energy, and which greatly amplified his strength. Ultra-Tech had discovered that Jimmy was an Ultra that could supply his own energy, reducing the size of the powered suit. Bob Campbell went on to get another armored suit and become the hero Ranger. As Prototype. Jimmy Ruiz became a member of Ultraforce, helping defeat Atalon. After the events of Black September. In which the Ultraverse was given a drastic overhaul by new owner Marvel Comics, Ruiz was written out of continuity and Bob Campbell was retconned as the"only" Prototype to have ever existed. The revision went so far as to remove the accident that cost him his arm as he had originally, yet seemed to maintain other events which led to his joining Aladdin as he had originally. In an ironic twist near the end of Ultraforce's comic, Bob's Prototype armor was totalled. He would end up building a suit that was nearly identical to the armor he wore as Ranger(the only difference being that the helmet he wore with his'new' armor was the last surviving remnant of his Prototype 2.0 armor) He also became the leader of Ultraforce as the series came to an end.
