Maybe base stations set-ups and other various applications. The unit was not fully tested however it was given a detailed inspection. All of the buttons and knobs turn smoothly. The needles on the meters appear to be moving freely with no rubbing. The meters lens has some minor wear but does not interfere with the display. Unit is clean on the inside.
