Up for auction today is a nice vintage Wright& McGill"Champion" 2 piece No. 3A- 8 1/2 Fly Rod. The rod is 8 1/2' Long and is fiberglass. This rod is in really nice used condition. There is wear to the cork handle. And you can tell it has had a reel on it before. The markings are good on the rod and very readable. All of the eyes are intact. There is also light wear where it goes together. It fits tightly together. Sorry, no case- what you see is what you get. And there does not appear to be any stones missing etc. The pearl style necklace measures approx 12 inches. The silver tone and cubic style stone necklace measures approx 15 inches. The horseshoe stylised necklace measures approx 17inches. This is also made by Monet) The black beaded bracelet has quirky way of clippling/clasping together. The link seems to thread through an eye/loop. Fold back on itself and hook over another eye/loop. No idea of most manufacturers etc. No original packaging etc. May require cleaning. lovely items. I'll start with a disclaimer. I am not a jeweler and I don't own a coin shop. I found this coin in the bottom of a jewelry box. My information comes from internet research and a local jeweler. I took pictures with the equipment I have at hand. So I tried different lighting and magnifications to try and give you an accurate look at what you are bidding on. The front of the coin is in very good condition. The back of the coin shows some damage and signs of wear. It weighs.055 troy oz, 1.7 grams, 056 oz. I weighed it with a friends jewelry scale and I see the weight varies from the chart listed under"details" I don't know how accurate her scales are. For auction is a fantastic faux whales tooth. This wonderful piece weighs in at approximately 225 grams. Length from tip diagonally to larger end is approximately 5 1/4 inches. Diameter at largest point is approximately 4 7/8 inches. Please see pictures for the great detail on this piece. I can tell you it was purchased at an antique store several years ago. The gentleman had many to choose from. This was the best of the bunch. This one has great patina and no cracks. He had a rather large maritime collection and did a lot of overseas travel. The 1/0 means normal plating. The OX means it is oxidized. The handles all have the same shape. The silverplate is nice and shiny. Overall it is a beautiful set. Tray-The tray measures from edge of one handle to edge of other handle 24.75" wide x 14.5" High. It is monogrammed CS. It has 4 cameos with the bows and branches around each. It also has the individual flowers and berries in the scroll of the handles. The tray is signed with the eyelash? Ostrich, WMF, 1/0, OX. It has 1 tiny spot that the silverplate is missing. There are a few other tiny spots, but the plating isn't missing. It is signed on the top side. You are looking at an Unnumbered Hardwood(heavy weight) 1– Piece Mukden Manchuria Arsenal Type 38 Rifle Stock from Japanese WWII Occupied China. Stock Is Not GI duffle bag cut. Loads of attractive figure. Another interesting aspect of this Mukden Stock- shows No Water Drain Holes side/bottom commonly seen on about all Japan homeland Arsenal made stocks. Keep in mind. This Is Not a trainer stock set; this is a very scarce T38 Mukden combat rifle stock set. Buttstock is complete with its Unnumbered Handguard and all stock hardware shown in the pictures with the exception of the last picture which shows the Mukden T38 Arisaka action markings this ... morestock set was removed from. A very beautiful and extraordinarily rare wartime stock on a mismatched and ground mum Vet Bring Back Mukden T38. 1 Piece Swamp Ash Strat Body HSH with Tremelo fitting!
Nice White strat HSH body in good condition. It is lightly used. I put together a project with a warmoth neck and Floyd Rose(see other auction) used it and now decided to to let it go. The body has some small paint chips around the screw holes where the pick guard and jack were attached other wise the body looks great. Difficult to photograph but this is a beautiful great sounding ash body with that distinct tight sound that cuts through the mix but yet pleasant. I am and older seasoned player meaning. I took very good care of it and always wiped it down and polished it often. The neck pocket is 2 1/8 inch wide by 1 inch deep and 2 7/8 inchs long. Just moving on to a new project and need to move it for the change. Thanks!
